Resort at Jefferson Ridge / Jefferson Ridge Apts

I have been living here for almost a year and I have never been so happy to move! There are Roaches from the time that you move in. I was not moved into the apartment that I viewed or thought I was getting. The neighborhood is nothing to be proud of if you have guests over. The trash is always piled up and the neighborhood looks like a dump (literally outside of the apartments). By the time I take my trash I am forced to be ignorant and place it outside of the dumpster because its so piled up in the walk way to it. (Garbage empty though) Today has just been crazy here. I called a week ago about pest control for the killer wasp that are constantly in my house due to my sliding glass door that is not properly insulated. I thought there was emergency maintenance. I bought bug spray for when they get inside. I swear I wouldn’t worry about them if I could be in my home in peace. I go to the office to ask why the maintenance didn’t come and she is still talking about pest control that I have to pay for. Just fix my door and the wasp can live outside while I continue to pay $ 925 a month. ZERO STARS.

What can I say about Jefferson Ridge? Well for starters most of the units are cockroach infested. I pay for my own pest control to simply achieve a insect free living condition. My car has been damaged multiple times by the wild gang of children who roam the parking lot. According to the brain dead girl at the counter «that never happens!». I’ve had AC issues since the day I’ve moved in and after about 25 service request I had to file a claim with the city to get them to do anything about it. I paid for «upgraded» appliances which are just new lower end appliances. Old units old carpet the «managers» never return phone calls. I will say the maintenance workers are always polite and generally do a pretty decent job. The units are not priced well by any means especially considering the grief for living here. I often feel like they’re doing me a favor by letting me live here considering how poorly they treat their residence and their complete lack of ownership for responding to our needs. I don’t need much really. Just be polite, resolve my service request in a timely manner, and if you can’t pick up the phone and alert me. After all is said and done weighing the pros and cons of suggest you considering looking elsewhere. I expected nothing when I moved in and yet somehow feel disappointed.
