Subway

Nothing unusual about this Subway sandwich place. Staff was efficient, place was decently clean. It is one of the better Subway places I’ve been.

Just got a couple of veggie footlongs and am not impressed at all. The bread was not fresh and the pattie was not well cooked. Not sure I will be back to this branch again.

Not excellent as far as Subway locations go. The store is clean and all, but the staff isn’t super friendly or anything.
They do prepare the subs well, though!

the only reason i gave it one star is because there’s no way to do less. the staff at this subway is dishonest and unprofessional to put it nicely.
the manager rang us up and ended up over charging us. when we told her, she said she wasn’t able to issue the refund until another customer came in and
she could open the register. um… what?
my dad ended up leaving his phone in there. by the time we noticed and came back to claim it. two young boys giggled to each other as they told him they didn’t have it. they asked me to follow up with the manager. i called at least 2 – 3 times a day and either couldn’t get a hold of the manager or got hung up on by staff. when i finally got a hold of her 4 days later, she rudely and in a harsh tone told me she didn’t have the FUCKING” phone and hung up on me. all i could think to myself was, «did this really just happen? did a subway manager just have the audacity to cuss at and hang up on a customer?!»
way to go subway. you just lost our business for sure. my family and I will be «eating fresh» at the other million places that offer sandwiches and salads, you’re not the only one.

Yet another Subway! This is right next to the Sweet Tomatoes in Irving. This is definitely one of the nicer subways in town. It is always clean and the staff has been courteous and helpful. I have never had a badly prepared Sub here. (I hate it when the veggies are not evenly spread and you get mouthful of olives followed by a mouthful of peppers!!)

Since my last review, this location has significantly the selection of chips, my only true complaint previously. I’m bumping them up to 4 stars…

Same chain you will recognize anywhere but at least the staff is nice here! They are a very busy location and so I don’t recommend getting in line until you know what you want because they move really quickly and there isn’t a lot of time to scope out the menu and see what you want.
Reasonable prices especially if you get the sub of the month, or catch the $ 5 foot long deals.
Place is always clean and I love all the teas they have!
