I am currently in the store; they have two songs playing at the same time, both at way more than ample volume. The discordance is torturous. When I inquired, the employee unapologetically said, «Oh well, we’re used to it, so…» At one point, a 3rd song chimed in. Unprofessional & ridiculous. I understand they demo music, but you don’t need to demo them all at the same time. It feels like a zoo in here.

The Colony, TX
Good customer service is hard to find, especially with T-​mobile. But this T-​mobile has it right. From the manager all the way down to the employees everyone is accommodating, friendly and trustworthy. Even on a hectic launch day they recognized that I had waited in line, and even though I left without the product I wanted, they called me as soon as it arrived, held it for me and took care of me quickly when I returned. Jorge was awesome!

Not happy with this location. They let a person add themselves to my account and did not get any information from them. They added themselves to my account as a authorized user and purchased a IPhone 6 plus with my insurance. When I go into a T-​mobile store to purchase a phone, I always have to show my drivers license. I don’t know how this person would add themselves and purchase a phone without showing theirs!??
