Don’t bring your car here! I brought my car here for a detail wash, $ 44. Didn’t notice until I got home that they completely ignored the back of the car. Hair all over the carpet and dirt on the sides. Tried to call but nobody ever answered and no voicemail. Called the gas station connected with it and they said they would have them call me. Nobody called. So I had to drive all the way back in rush hour traffic to ask for a refund which they denied. They are terrible and steal your money!

Overpriced car wash with over confident attitude. They derail you by offering the car wash @ the gas pump. First I paid $ 15 at the pump, then when I pulled through the guy asked if I needed vacuum added for $ 11 !!! Just for vacuum!!! I said what does it cover, he said vacuum, door & dash wipe. I paid it and was expecting a clean wash… Boy was I wrong. My truck still had dust from mats to dash. When I expressed my disappointment, they simply said you can upgrade to a «detail» pkg because what I paid for was LIGHT interior wipe! how hard is it to wipe my door panel with a wet towel? Horrible experience!

Excellent Job and service! I brought my car because i had a 5lb red gummy bear that melted into the floorboard of my car. Of course i was in need if a wash and detail as well. It took awhile given the reason i was there, but i was happy to wait to have a good job done. I was very impressed with the results. If you saw my car now, you would have never guessed i had this gummy bear incident. Many thanks to you guys. I am grateful to have my car nice and neat again.

I guess I’m not the only one who received rude service from the register guy, I actually sent an email about it, but seeing all people’s comments here, seems they don’t really even care. Not going to this place ever again, save your money and go somewhere else. They really need to get rid of that jackass, and stop treating customers with dishonesty.

Horrible experience everytime I give it another chance. The register Guy will try to upsale you and lie to you and tell you that the $ 10 or $ 15 wash is cheapest. My car never gets fully dried and is always left with water spots.

6.99 $ for car wash is just a bullshit marketing strategy to get people to come for a wash. Once you are by the counter, they will tell you that they charge extra for mud and don’t clean mud for 6.99. You have to pay 10 $ get the wash done.
Never going back, stay away people.

This was the WORST AND POOREST EXPERIENCE and example of a car wash EVER. At first the staff was personable but after the wash was complete and subpar they were rude and argumentative. We presented the bugs on our hood and windshield even after the wash was done which they refused to rewash! Bob Smith who ran the car wash said,” When you pay $ 10.00 for a wash that’s what you get, not to remove bugs.” We paid additional service to have our trunk carpet washed, rinsed, and dried but because we complained and demand service be completed they stopped the cleaning of the carpet, threatened to keep it, then threatened to call the police on us when it was discovered HE DAMAGED our trunk carpet pulling it out!!! My Husband and I are both professionals and this was anything but that. Worst experience ever!!!

Charged me $ 39.99 for hand wash. When i came back to pick up my car after 2 hours. It was washed but as if some wet cloth was only applied. It was dirty from couple of spots. Interior not cleaned at all. Terrible customer service. Been regular there. I guess I’ll move somewhere else now.

These guys are extremely slow! It took 1.5 hours to get the car washed. Everybody complains about the same. Go with plenty of time… Or better go to another place.

They always do a great job and for a great price too.

So an update to the whole ordeal. Fox news helped me get this one settled out and put this on their broadcast during prime time news for «what’s buggin’ you» with live interviews of me and camera shots of the place explaining the story and quess what… They did the right thing many many months later after the problem occurred and paid for it once it was making the news. I told you I wouldn’t stop until I got what I rightfully deserved after they tore up my vehicle. Thanks Fox 4 news and a special thanks to Saul Garza! Problem solved. Unfortunately I had to deal with these scammers at wash masters

Come in on the weekend for a seriously solid clean! I got my car polished from the inside out for a good deal! They wiped down my consoles with some kind of shiny stuff and I am telling you roughly 3 weeks later it is shining to this day! They also do a great vacuum job… car is like new! If you need your vehicle detailed or anything other than the normal run of the mill wash this is your spot! Great prices and they are always busy but I promise they are fully staffed and will get you out fast!

I used their detail services one month ago. I had 2 cars done and they have me an excellent discount for buying 2. The cars have not been cleaner since new. The inside detail was amazing. Very impressed and happy with service.

My Overall Rating — 3 Stars (Atmosphere, Quality, Return)
Atmosphere — Washmasters is located behind off 635 and MacArthur. Once you pull up and select your service and wash, there is a very nice shaded area to wait. Plenty of tables are available and there’s even a taco stand in case you are hungry. The only major issue is it’s hard to get too. Really you can only enter heading north on MacArthur or if you’re on the 635 feeder heading westbound. ½ Star.
Service — As typical of most car washes, expect the upsell. I’m actually ok with this and normally decline, but some of them continue. Also, if you have a rock chip in your windshield, they’ll try to convince you to fix it as it’s covered by insurance. YMMV here. My insurance doesn’t cover it but they always insist I call them. No thanks, I’m here for the wash. Lastly, they’re always off by 0 — 15 minutes in terms of time estimates. 20 minutes means 30 — 40, etc. No Star.
Quality — But they clean your car well. Even the cheap drive through does a good job. You can even buy a monthly service that gives you unlimited washes. The prices are fair and vacuum and wheel service is good. I rarely have to have them redo a spot. It’s convenient and lets me get in and out. If they could speed up the non-​quick washes, I would rate them higher. 1 ½ Star.
Will I Return? — Yes. I have used them regularly for years. On nice Saturday mornings, we enjoy the outdoors while getting the car cleaned. Next time I’ll barter for a breakfast burrito. 1 Star.

1 Star — Atmosphere — Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I’ll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm.
1 Star — Service — You can have a great meal with bad service. But that’s also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It’s important to the dining experience that service is great and on point.
2 Stars — Food — I’ll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it’s really all about the food.
1 Star — Will I come back? — If I know for a fact I’ll return, I’ll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return.

I have visited this car wash a few times. However, I recently visited on Sunday, ¹¹⁄₃. As always I got talked into getting the complete package (clean inside and out, shine upholstery and vacuum). They did a terrific job and I was even given a discount on the price.
Unfortunately, it rained the next day, but luckily I was given a rain check for a Basic wash within 7 days of my original wash date. On Saturday, 11/​9, I returned to the car wash around 6pm. I was expecting them to be closed, but wishing they would be open.
To my surprise, they were open until 8pm. I informed the attendant that I wanted to redeem my rain check and get a vacuum. He informed me that he would take care of things. After going through the wash, I parked my vehicle to be vacuumed. I waited and waited and waited. When they came to get me, my car was completely done all over. They dried it, vacuumed, shined the tires and cleaned the windows.
Needless to say, I was outdone so I tipped everyone. I will definitely be returning to this location. I appreciate the awesome customer service!!! :)

This place has gone down hill. Been getting the $ 15 package with hand dry, etc for years now and I never get out and check, so I was shocked to see my drivers door a mess at my next destination. It surprised me, but no big deal, or so I thought.
When I returned 10 minutes later to ask the attendant (whom I tipped) if he could please wipe down my drivers side door, he said no! Those spots are extra! The manager also refused. It would require the attendant to apply pressure, not just hand dry.
How silly and unbelievable. This girl says stay away from there.

Love this place I have a monthly membership and I wash my car just about every day! Awesome customer service friendly pay attention to details lol never miss a spot always satisfied!

If you come here for your state inspection, which is a fixed price everywhere in Texas, you get a free car wash. Great, free way to try them out!

Basic to full service interior and exterior car wash at a decent price. They offer the 2 for 1 exterior wash where you get your next wash within a week for free. I got this twice already but never get to use it bc the location is out of the way for me unless I travel north to run errands. Looking at the lack of car wash services in the area than what I’m used to in Cali, this is my go to spot but like I said, it’s out of the way so I really do wish they had more locations. Car washes should follow the lead of starbucks and just be everywhere!

BEST $ 15 car-​wash in town. You stay in your car the entire time if you’re not having the inside cleaned. You get a hand towel dry when done and they are all very friendly and fast.
