BADBADCUSTOMERSERVICE!!! The girls who answer the phone talk so fast you can barely understand them. I guess they got new workers because the girls now are so rude and don’t understand English. I told them my husbands name I go to pick up my order his name was under a totally different name, my card is kinda flimsy and it slides when it wants they all look at me and say please pay in cash. NOMYCARDWORKS! This store needs a training class on customer service.

We ordered some wings at Store #575 on 5÷11÷15 when I got home and started to eat I realized that the fries looked different. They were oily and not crispy like usual. The wings were so over cooked, dry and brittle that we had trouble biting into the wing itself. We were not able to eat them. I called in right away to the store and asked to speak with a manager to discuss my order. I was told that the manager was not there. They took down my name and number and told me that the manager would call me back. He never did call. On 5÷13÷15 I called again to ask for the manager again I was told he was not there. I called again on 5÷15÷15 and again I was told that the manager was not there. I spoke with Anna B. and asked for the managers name. She said it was David. I asked for his last name and I was told they could not give me his last name? I asked who owned the Franchise and she said his name was David. I told Anna that I needed to hear back from the manager within 24 Hours or I would be calling the Corporate Offices to Wingstop on Monday. Let’s see what happens next?

I wish you could give less than 1 star… Service is shitty. Ordered online & get a confirmation emailed & get to the place to pick it up & the idiot at the counter just stares like she has no idea what an online order is. DONOTEATHERE!

To start off, the person taking my order did not speak English. After reading my order back to me, i still did not get what I ordered and of course ended up paying more than I should have. I am livid! It’s right after midnight and so of course no one answered the phone when I called back. I asked for a side of ranch and ended up with a damn gallon of it and charged for it too. Who the hell would order that much ranch for one small order of wings???

Always takes twice as long or longer than their estimate to receive food. I only eat here bc I work nearby. Service is as expected… staff who would probably rather do something else than work in store. Food is typical wingstop food.

I had fond memories of this wingstop from highschool. Fast forward almost ten years later and my last experience was just plain bad. Ordered boneless wings and basically got square cut dry chicken nuggets with barely any sauce on them that had been absorbed from being left out too long. Bland, boring fries. WINGSTREET from pizzahut was MILES ahead.

When they say 15 to 17 minutes they are pretty accurate. The food is always hot and fresh IF you pick it up on time of course. It’s clean and seems like a fairly new location. I like that the drink fountain is NOT behind the counter. CONS– They recently had a price hike. Not just this location, but all Wing Stops it seems.
