This was our first experience at Wok Box, let me start by saying the customer service is phenomenal, which goes a long way in my book! Now for the food, I had the butter chicken based on an employee’s recommendation and my hubby had the crispy orange chicken. The butter chicken has an absurd amount of odd tasting sauce on it, it was edible but not good in my opinion. Now their orange chicken is DELICIOUS! The manager made rounds on all of the tables asking for suggestions for improvements bc they are brand new, I explained that the butter chicken probably just wasn’t my taste… His was SO apologetic and insisted on giving me an additional orange chicken meal to-go. We are satisfied customers!

Fresh, quick, and spicy. Clean atmosphere and the food was delicious. Friendly staff! I would recommend the kimchi cheddar balls!

I love this place, it’s very different from any other fast food chain that sales Asian, thai, food. The many choices of exquisite chow mien noodles and fresh cut vegetables and meats. It’s expensive for the quality of portions in your bowl, but enough to fill you up with joy. Kong pao is my favorite

Really bad even for fast food Asian food. I ordered shrimp pad thai and spring rolls. They didn’t put the spring rolls in my take-out bag. The pad thai was just sweet acid, no peanut or tamarind. It tasted like the sauce came from a jar. The shrimp were little salad shrimp. Not worth trying.

Food is colorful and hot… staff was very friendly but taste was mediocre in my opinion. I tried a new restaurant discovered it didn’t wet my palate and that’s okay… on to try another place soon!

My friend and I love coming here. They offer a different flavor than the other surrounding Asian restaurants. Great noodle dishes and kimchi balls. The small size noodle bowl is packed full to the max. I think the bowls need to be a bite larger but just for the small size. Food portion is great. Highly recommend. Fantastic service.

Can’t expect too much from an Asian American food joint but surprisingly my Singapore cashew was good. The curry wasn’t seasoned right but I guess that’s the outcome of fast food curry?!

Since at times I love to eat Fusion Asian foods, I decided to try this place out since I had read that they offered Vegetarian, and Vegan dishes. As you know, not many chain restaurants do this or offer these options for their food. So, I came here during the lunch hour and as I came in I was greeted by the Staff and I was asked«have you been here before?». Since this was my first time, they were very quick to walk me through the ordering process to make sure that my food was made exactly to my liking. Note: Make sure that you tell the person that’s taking your order that you’re a Vegetarian or Vegan. They will use a Wok that hasn’t been used for dishes that have meats,(I thought this was very cool of them to do for us). Note: They would even let taste samples of their sauces to make sure you would like your dish. Note: For my Vegan friends, the Ribbon Noodles aren’t made with any eggs or any other kind of animal product Note: The dishes can be made Vegetarian, Vegan or Wheat Free I ended up ordering the Dan Dan dish with tofu… even though the dish doesn’t have an authentic Asian flavor, but the flavor was very good. The tofu, and the fresh vegetables that were used to create this spicy dish were on point. I would definitely be ordering this dish again, and would definitely recommend this restaurant to all of my Vegetarian, and Vegan friends that live or work in the Las Colinas area. ######################################## Dishes that can be done Vegetarian or Vegan: ######################################## Sweet Mongolian — Vegetarian/Vegan Kung Pao — Vegetarian/Vegan Dan Dan — Vegetarian/Vegan Pad Thai — Vegetarian/Vegan Jungle Lemongrass Curry — Vegetarian/Vegan Spring Rolls — Vegetarian Only Samosas — Vegetarian/Vegan

This place has a great combination of Asian foods that you can create in your own way with your own type of noodles, sauces and protein. The main you can be somewhat confusing but the first thing the staff asks upon arrival is «have you been here before?» they are very quick to walk you through the whole ordering process to make sure that your food is made exactly to your liking.

The wok box has been staring at us when we drive my MacArthur for a while so finally we made it in! And wow I am so glad we did! What was even better is the ownership/management. Richard helped us and he was outstanding. You wouldn’t expect such exceptional service from a small, quick food shop, but they had it. We had never been in so they had us try samples and gave us recommendations. We ended up liking it all so we ordered a ton of food to try! The best items we tried were the butter chicken, Siracha peanut cashew rice bowel, pad Thai, Dan Dan, and for an appetizer the samosas were amazing. And what to drink? Go for the Vietnamese coffee it’s sweet but worth it! Do yourself a favor and go try Wok Box

We went here for dinner and thought the overall dining experience was OK. The location is convenient. Food: Delicious, but not authentic by any means. The portions seemed about right for the price. To be fair, they only focus on pan-Asian flavors. We enjoyed the Singapore Cashew and Korean Firecracker noodle boxes. Also, the cheesy kimchi fireballs were tasty. Service: a little bizarre at times. There was one employee who kept repeating everything we said to them and reciting every word off the menu. The other employee there was very nice and seemed to make up for the other bizarre interaction. We’d be willing to go back to try the naan-wiches. Perhaps another visit; we’ll update our review then.

I had the Thai Beef & Basil Naan’wich. It tasted good, but had too much rice on it. Service was really slow, especially considering there was only one order in front of mine, in an otherwise empty restaurant. I felt sorry for the people who came in after me.

The food is wonderful and exciting to me. I order a spicy one and the food was spicy, but it was not painful, which is important to me. The staff is very helpful. I would recommend you call ahead after you try them for the first time so the order can be made up and ready for you. I am a fan and recommend this place to anyone.

OMG! I’m Vietnamese and I can’t believe how bad the foods were. I ordered Pad Thai and Vietnamese Coffee, and I couldn’t believe that the coffee was that bad. I guess it was mix with second or third time coffee and cream, and it’s not how Vietnamese coffee should be made, pad thai was horrible… In general, I don’t recommended this place at all

The 3 stars 2 are for the customer service. i rather go to ghengis grill for the value… i have no problem paying a little extra for some good food but.14 dollars for a half of order of naan and a crispy bowl with spicy sauce. i feel cheated :-(…good flavors though but overpriced

Fast food chain who makes vegan options available! I think we are on the right track. I just wish it weren’t so expensive. Because for one person ordering appetizers and a main entrée, I paid almost $ 15. But they have vegan options and when you ask for your food to be cooked in a different wok, they won’t look at you like you’re being ridiculous and uppity because it’s standard practice here. The manager, Richard, is so nice and knows the menu very well. If he’s there he will probably approach you to provide help and when your food is out, he will make sure everything is to your liking. He is incredible!

It’s a relatively new place which is clean and nice looking. As you enter, there are booths on the left side and few more seats on the right. The placement of order counter is kinda odd, which is all the way back right behind the drinks section; so chances of ppl crammed in that little area in quite high especially during the lunch hour. Got the Jungle Lemongrass bowl with rice and chicken. It came with rice topped with spicy-gravy lemongrass chicken, sprouts and pineapple. It tasted good but I ordered small bowl, didn’t realize it was more like a KID-bowl, too less food for adult and it was hard to mix the gravy or do any sort of maneuver in that small bowl. The owner and staffs were nice and friendly. He even came to my table to inquire about the food and apologize for the wait. This small gesture was good enough for me to up the rating to four star. With four varieties of noodles, kids-friendly items, fresh ingredients, and balance in menu to satiate your Asian cravings, the menu of Wok Box definitely provides a good option for a spicy Asian food no matter whether you are looking for a take-out or dine-in.

Last Tuesday(yesterday), I was too exhausted to cook and headed to Wok Box to give it a second try after experiencing pretty tasty food, but disappointing service on my initial visit. Again, I opted for the naan-wich and the service was much better. There were 2 men working the kitchen that were friendly and pretty fast. I was happy I gave this place another try. Not bad.

I love Asian fusion, I love rice bowls and noodle bowls. So it’s with a heavy heart that I report this Wok Box just doesn’t hit the mark. Nearly everything on the menu is described as coming with a sweet sauce. I ordered the only thing I could find that didn’t, but the sauce turned out to be tasteless. It was accompanied by a few microscopic veggies, but they were chopped so small that I couldn’t pick them up with a fork. The noodles themselves were good, but that wasn’t enough to save the meal. The menu really needs rethinking, but since this is a chain, that’s not something that can happen at the local level. More veggies and less sweet. The folks were friendly and the surroundings pleasant, but that’s not enough. I don’t think I’d go back.
