Acceuil très médiocre. Serveuses désagréables. Très déçue de ce restaurant. Repas correcte sans plus. Le cheesecake est un des plus mauvais que j’ai mangé

Went to outback in Islamorada today and the service was horrible. Ordered a filet medium well and it came rare. I asked that they cook it a little more and then the manager, Nick, came out and accused me of trying to get a free meal. I explained all I wanted was my steak cooked the way I ordered and would gladly pay for my meal. Nick was very rude and nasty to me. When my steak finally came out, Nick the manager stood at my table and ordered me to cut my steak in front of him to verify it was cooked correctly. I was very embarrassed! I will never eat there again. Nick was rude and nasty. I live in the keys and will notify everyone I know not to eat there. Nick should not be serving anything to anyone. What a terrible experience from a place I have been to dozens of times since it opened. Very disappointed.

This is my favorite Outback!!! I can’t ask more than for the beach AND outback at the same time. The views are spectacular and that alone makes the food taste that much better. There is also inside seating if you prefer but you’re in the Florida Keys. Plus it’s great for the kids because they can go in the pool if they wanted to.

Love love love the outback special a great stop if you want to change it up and get a steak instead of seafood being reasonably priced

Service was okay, they had no bread and the waitress wanted more of a tip. Food was great overall. Service has a little to be desired. The manager was to come but had no time. Watch your bill. Tiki bar is a great attraction. Mix drinks were weak and over priced.

It’s an Outback, but the best one on the country! Live music on the out door deck, great bar overlooking the water! You can’t go wrong because you know what you get on the food.

After a quick day trip to Key West(alas, for work and not play), we were desperately searching for something to eat. Every place in Key West that we tried had a ridiculously long wait(it was right before New Year’s… we realized that after the fact) and scoffed at us when we said we didn’t have reservations. So we decided to drive back north, thinking we’ll definitely find something along the way. After driving through Marathon with still no viable place in sight that didn’t have a long wait(seriously!), we resorted to looking for the nearest fast food place… to no avail. This search really made me hate the Keys. But FINALLY, we made it to Islamorada and the glorious sight of an Outback Steakhouse, attached to a Hampton Inn. Hallelujah. We sat down and pretty much immediately devoured the bread they brought us(a two-and-a-half hour search for food will do that to you). We ordered our food(I got the French onion soup and teriyaki steak, while my friend ordered the wedge salad, French onion soup and sirloin). We made sure to request that the food not come out all at the same time, and our waitress assured us that it wouldn’t. She asked if it was okay if the salad and soup came out together, which was fine. So we dig into our soups, and my God, it’s delicious. I don’t know if it’s because we were ravenous, or if the soup was really that good, but we both thoroughly enjoyed it. However, we barely got through the cheese of the soup when my friend said, «Oh, no…» upon the sight of our steaks being delivered to our table. And there the sat as we tried to hurry to finish our soups. Sad. It really did irk me that we specifically asked for them to hold off a bit, and yet this happened anyway. We had gotten there around 9:30 pm, and they closed at 10:30. We were some of the last patrons in there, so I guess the kitchen really wanted to close up for the night. I get it… really, I do… but I also don’t like cold steak. Luckily for Outback, this food was darn good. I ate half the steak and got the other part to go, because I wanted a slice of key lime pie. It was only appropriate, since I was in the Keys, and this was homemade(not frozen and shipped from an Outback distributor). Seriously, this was one fantastic piece of pie. It was enormous, so half of it also had to come home even with two people eating it. I was going to give this place 3 stars for the rushed food, but that pie tipped the balance to 4. Thanks for being open in the barren wasteland of restaurants in the Keys, Outback!

Driving and driving, getting hungry, stopped in here because the view is gorgeous. They have an outside patio area even with a bar outside that overlooks the ocean. It is a beautiful view and very relaxing. I have never been a fan of their steaks simply because they over season them and I do not care for charbroiled black on the outside. We started with the«Bloomin Onion» huge deep fried, oh gee so good. The sauce that comes with it is like a thousand island dressing with spiciness. Ask for more, great for dipping. Entrée: Fresh Tilapia with Pure Lump Crab Meat-drizzled with light lemon butter and Chablis Sauce. Many times I have ordered this entrée and it is fresh, light and very consistent. Alice Spring’s Chicken– Grilled chicken breast sauteed mushrooms, bacon, melted Monterrey jack and cheddar cheese and finished with a honey mustard sauce. Good flavor, delish! Our server gave us great service. I would come here again as the food was good and the view was incredible with great service!
