Super happy with my sandwich and the service! I usually pick awful combinations when I get to choose, but this one turned out all right. I got the salami with horseradish mayo on ciabatta and wasn’t disappointed. I’ll have to try something else the next time I’m home from work before 4 pm!

The wife and I were out for a drive and found this place. The service was very nice. Small town atmosphere and good sandwiches. The Lady that helped us was very nice, funny and personable. We will defiantly come back. Thank you for the good experience

I happened upon this establishment while enjoying a journey up the Sacramento River on a lazy Monday. It definitely isn’t fancy, but the sandwiches are tasty and made with Genova bread out of Stockton. They do have indoor seating, but it might get full quickly at peak times. Very friendly lady behind the counter, I assume that she is the owner.

Absolutely Amazing and Fast! I visit Isleton just to eat at this Deli. Super Friendly Staff, the Turkey is insane and only trumped by the awesome prosciutto. Walk, run, or drive out here sometime. You’ll love it!

Yummy veggie sandwich! Super nice lady running the joint. I always like a place that the locals seem to frequent. I will definitely stop by there again.

Eating in Isleton is just not on the radar screen for most foodies. However, this little sandwich shop is well worth your stop. It’s no frills with the best homemade sandwiches you’ll ever taste. The breads are delivered fresh and the concoctions are superb! As mentioned in earlier reviews, don’t leave without having their ice cream. They also sell little food gift items and I purchased an olive oil that would have cost me double in Southern California . The deli is clean, sandwiches delish and for the history buff, next door to the renovated Tong Building.

25 Main Street Deli. Sandwiches, deli meats and cheeses, salads and soups, and… desserts. It was the dessert that brought T and I here. More precisely, it was our craving for chocolate milkshakes that brought us here! A little pricey at $ 5 for a small, but well worth the price. The shakes are delicious. Made with real ice cream, not like the fast food milkshakes. Order one for yourself and this is what you’ll find: Quality ice cream Creamy goodness Thick, but not so thick that you can’t get the milkshake through the straw Oh, yeah… Don’t forget the whipped cream!

This is a must stop place when riding through the delta between SF and Sacramento. Great value sandwiches and even greater value ice cream(a small is two huge scoops). Owners are friendly and didn’t mind a 10+ pack of cyclists going in and out, eating on their front stoop, or playing with their cat aka feeding it bacon. Did I mention how good the ice cream is? Perfect stop halfway through the delta.

Being a fan of the local experience, this place resinates with me. With a few chairs out front on the sidewalk, cared for planters of seasonal flowers, and a few lazy cats hanging about in the sunshine… this is my kind of place. Sandwiches are simple and fresh… it’s all build your own style. A great selection of sandwich spreads… dill mayo, horseradish mayo and the breads are excellent. Have a conversation with the owner Jean if you can… she will be making your sandwich. As genuine and local as it gets. If you are in to history, there is a good selection of local Delta historic reading material here. I leave with a smile every time.

YUM! We are blessed enough to summer here and discovered this new deli in Isleton. We went with about 10 people and everyone agreed Best Sandwich Ever! We came back every day for 11days!!! Fresh like you would not believe! Ham that is baked there and then shaved into mouth watering slices! So many choices on the build your own menu! Horseradish, Green Onion and more kinds of home made mayo plus many other yummy sauces. Not even to mention the ice cream! And the prices! A huge sammy just $ 5! Fresh baked triple chocolate brownies for $ 1.25! Homemade bread pudding brimming with fresh apples, raisins and cinnamon for $ 1! If you are within 30 miles EATHERE!!!

I often fish around the area and every time I do, I always stop off at the Deli for lunch. They have wonderful sandwiches. My favorite is the turkey on Ciabatta with cranberry sauce. It’s almost like a mini Thanksgiving day dinner/sandwich. Don’t forget to save room for their awesome ice cream. The owner, Jean, is very detailed oriented and have thought out her menu. You can’t go wrong with anything she has.
