2 stars — Meh. I’ve experienced better. Okay, on to why the two stars. I purchased some of the GNC brand soft chew multivitamins and returned them because they caused me some pretty bad gastrointestinal upset. When I went to this store to return them I stated«They didn’t agree with me» when asked by the GNC associate why I was returning them. The GNC staff member then went on to lecture me with the following comment, «Well you know they ARE a multivitamin and aren’t going to taste like CANDY.» Well thank you for assuming that I wanted multivitamins to taste like candy, but the real reason I’m returning them is because they gave me the trots, would you like me to go into more detail about how many episodes? She then proceeded to lay down some serious attitude while going through the return process. She asked for my drivers license twice and refused to give cash back because it was«too early in the day». I got there at about noon. Seriously GNC, train your staff members to leave the attitude at the door, presumptions included. My GNC membership expires in Jan 2014 and will stay expired until I find somebody who represents a company that once had higher standards.
