Terrible customer service! I drove here from the Factoria location because Issaquah had the size of shoe my daughter needed. Because factoria did not, the associate gave me a ‘shoe finder coupon’ which is basically a sorry for the inconvenience discount for having to drive to multiple locations. The only reason I decided to shop here today is because I received an email that was 25% off, so it seemed like a good time to buy my daughter new ballet shoes. When I went to purchase and presented my members coupon for 25% off she scanned, all was well. When I then gave her the coupon from the associate she said they don’t combine coupons. I asked what the point of the shoe finder discount was if I couldn’t use it because they were running another promotion and also told her I’ve used both before so she called her manager. The manager, in short, said no. They would not honor the shoe finder coupon. I left and went to Overlake Payless where they honored both the promotional sale and the discount given by the store’s own associate. Now, I understand people cannot combine multiple promotional coupons. I get it. But a shoe finder discount should be honored regardless of other promotions. Or they should say, ‘here’s a discount due to inconveniencing you with our limited supply that you can only use if there’s no other promotions currently being offered.’ I wasted more gas than the $ 4 coupon was worth but to me it’s about principle and customer service and I’ll go where I’m treated well. Won’t be shopping here again.

Smaller Payless — poor selection and the associate working was rude. I’m a huge Payless shopper and will NEVER come to this location again (unfortunately, I had to buy boots for the little one and she needed immediately).

The service here is good, but a bit pushy for a tiny little chain store. I came here to find non-​slip work shoes for my job. Although I did pay less than other brands I still felt a bit ripped off because they were poorly made and have already fallen apart. I might shop here again if I am in need of a cheap pair of shoes, but it most likely will not be my first stop.
