First time ordering from this location. Very long line and wait time but I counted atleast 6 workers. Not sure what they were doing. I order an energy bowl. The one with only strawberries and bananas on top. After waiting in line and waiting for our order 20 mins later I get told oh yeah we are out of bananas. What??? They proceed to ask what other fruit I want. Well if wanted a different bowl I would have ordered one. Both workers just stood there blank faced unwilling to make it right. FYI communicate so everyone in the store knows something it out. I won’t be back

It was a hot day and I got up just to get Jamba Juice. I go in, I ask the cashier for a Blue Gummy” he says«okay» then gives me a total for it. He swipes my card and says«oh our system is down, do you have cash» I tell him no so he says with an attitude«never mind it’ll just be a freebie.» I thought whatever he mustve had a long day. Shortly after, some girl walks into the store, not in uniform or anything — just casual clothes and slippers. She starts making drinks and I’m sitting there wondering, what is she doing. I’m pretty sure you need to be in uniform to be working due to safety precautions. The man who ordered after I did, got both of his drinks before me. The girl in casual clothes turns out to be the one making my drink and I really didn’t like or appreciate that. She hands me my drink, overflowing and messy. She didn’t offer help or anything. I walk out to feel my drink dripping on me and to see that my drink was even WRONG! I went in and asked politely if they can remake it. They asked what it was and i told them the«Blue Gummy» the coworkers looked at each other and said there’s no such thing. If that was the case, what was I rung up for? I always order this drink, also at this location! I’m very disappointed because I just wanted one thing and I drove just to get that. There is no good customer service at all and I’m not sorry for myself but I am sorry that the business has to suffer from workers who are just rude and don’t care. I work in customer service and what I experienced was just unbelievable. With workers that are there today, I don’t feel that the business may succeed so greatly in the customer service division. I wish I was an under cover district manager to have experienced that and to know how customers are being treated.

The staff here is very cold and short. I didn’t feel welcomed and I go to many different Jamba Juice locations everywhere. I was rushed and no one even smiled. At least I do like the juices here but for the service I’ll go to another location.

ksTypical Jamba Juice — we were in and out in just a few minutes with 2 good drinks — a tropical(aloha?) and an orange one. There was only 1 person working but he was nice and qucik. Would stop here again…

I love Jamba Juice. Wish it was open later because I tend to crave one right around 11 every night! Luckily everyone here knows how to work a blender — for some strange reason the Jamba Juice I used to frequent ALWAYS had huge ice chunks in it — never happened here! I’ve been here many times and everyone has always been nice. My husband likes to order off the«secret» menu and so far they have known how to make everything but one — the reeses pieces. But Ive never found anyone who knows how to make that, so not a huge loss.

Tasty smoothies, my favorite Greek wrap, plenty of parking, very friendly staff — and all very close to where I live. I love this place, and only wish they had later hours(currently they seem to close by 8pm, but this does seem to change, maybe seasonally).

Went here all the time and never had an Issue until the new general manager began working here. Absolute worst customer service to have experienced. A handful of customers at the same time of out last visit were equally appalled. We love Jamba Juice but have sworn to never enter this store while it remains under the current General Managers control. I believe his name is Jeremy.

This Jamba Juice is pretty good. The parking situation is great(lot’s of parking!) which I really appreciate since most of the Jamba Juice’s I’ve been to have had very few parking spots. The inside is clean and the staff is friendly. I think this is a fairly new location because every time I’ve been there I haven’t seen any other customers. No complaints so far… 3 Stars«A-OK»
