Starbucks

Staff are rude loud and obnoxious. Never coming back here! The person working the counter was talking so loud I could not find a place in the shop where I could concentrate. Even once I moved away from him he started talking even louder.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to stop at. Every time I have mobile ordered they are always welcoming and friendly. They have taken the time to pay attention to the small details (double cupped with a stopper). Thank you Anna & Nemo!

I love coming to this starbucks in the morning! The crew is so friendly and they personalize every experience. They make waking up and going to work early worth it. I highly recommend this location.
I use to go to the Starbucks in thr Highlands and it as ok, but not nearly as genuine as this starbucks.

The staff at this Sbux location is likely the least courteous I have ever encountered. An absolute shame for a company and brand that defines and differentiates itself through its premium customer service and experience. Thankfully there are plenty of other locations nearby!

Still one of the fastest locations for Starbucks drive throughs.

Probably one of my top favorite Starbucks. I love how friendly the staffs here are and they all seem very happy. There are some Starbucks with under-​trained staffs and some have unorganized system. Here, I always get the drink I want. Though, it’s a bit busy, but the wait time is reasonable. Also, I enjoy all the seating area inside. Pretty spacious so it’s a great place to stop by to do some paper works with a cup of coffee. What they can improve maybe cleaning the store more often throughout the day.

I go here on a weekly basis a few minutes after they open (4am) and they are always incredibly slow. There have been times when they hadn’t noticed I was at the drive thru, even after pulling up to the window. I go here because of the convenience although ¹⁄₁₀ times they don’t give me a napkin nor cup sleeve.

I have been sitting in the drive thru for 13 minutes waiting for my coffee… Ridiculous. Don’t go though the drive thru if you are in a hurry. Probably faster to go inside which defeats the purpose of a drive thru. No apology for the delay at the window just now either… Not impressed. Will go up to the highlands from now on.

Carpool is always backed up. I go in to store, but priority is given to carpool. So I wait longer inside. Lately store has run out of food options. Time to find another lunch spot.

I love Starbucks! This was my first time here at this particular one. I normally use the drive thru but the line was wrapped around the lot and out to the street. I decided to go in and place my order. The staff was friendly and competent. I ordered and waited… and waited.. and waited… everyone has come and gone and I waited. Nobody acknowledge me standing at the pick up counter. I finally asked where’s my coffee. I had received my breakfast sandwich 10 minutes earlier. So I told a batista what I ordered and she made the coffee 5 minutes later. I was a little disappointed at the service and then I get to my car, my sandwich was cold. Will I order from here again? No.

This location is super slow!!! However, the drink flavor was on point.

I thought I had waited the longest time in the drive thru at another location, but this one topped it. I’m normally patient, and working on something else in the car while waiting. This time I was 4 cars behind and had to call the business to find out what’s happening. The person on the line said she didn’t know since she was in the office, and I had to ask her to find out? Lesson learned from my experience here. I have my app down to zero so now I can stop going. Thanks.

This is the best Starbucks locations of all of them. The staff is SO friendly. They remember their customers and what their preferences are. The drive thru is much faster than the drive thru in the Issaquah highlands. I will drive down the hill just to continue going to this one :-) Thank you to this Starbucks location’s team for always being so fast & efficient while still being personable!

I’m from LA and stopped here a couple of times during my trip to Seattle and have been super impressed by the team. Ida is brand new and she’s doing great! I imagine she’ll be a great addition to this team with her yes attitude and sweet smile. Heath also displays all the qualities of a team leader. As a food and beverage professional, I seek guys like Heath out, he’s someone that has pride in what he does and goes well beyond the call of duty. I love these guys.
I’ve noticed that most of the complaints and low ratings on Unilocal refer to how busy this Starbucks is. Dear jaded\bad grammar residence of Sammamish, being busy and having an influx of customers are usually evidence of positive things taking place and doesn’t warrant a bad review.

My dad meant to order a passion tea lemonade for my kid. He must’ve ordered ordered wrong bc they gave us a hot passion tea. The barista sensed the error and made us a PTL without hesitation. That’s awesome and thank you!

This is another regular Starbucks store. They have a drive thru, which is nice when you don’t want to park and just grab & go. I usually go through the drive thru because it’s more convenient, but since the line today was long, I decided to go inside and order. I wanted to get the special Birthday Cake frappuccino that was available for a limited time. It took a bit longer, because they had in store and drive thru customers. The cashier was really nice and she ended up making my drink since they were backed up. They have comfy chairs and tables with outlets nearby if you are looking to lounge or do some work.

Okay when this starbucks opened years ago it was great; but now they are to busy to give a darn about the drinks. The last couple times before I quit going there the drinks I got were actually pretty disgusting so much so I didn’t finish them. I’ve tried to go back a few times with the same result. The workers are friendly but the drinks just straight up suck

Always busy, and always shorts my drink. It’s not so bad when they don’t fill my cup up when I am in the store but when my lovely husband gets it for me to go and it comes home with 1 inch of room in a white mocha that’s a problem.

As this is a Starbucks, I won’t mention their burnt coffee or blandly sweet food. You should know by now.
This particular location is cursed by some kind of mob-​activation device. I’ve rarely gone by and not seen a line blocking the rest of the parking lot (really guys, can you NOT get out of your cars?) for the drive-​thru, and there’s usually a bit of a crowd inside. The layout is rather spacious for a Starbucks, and holds to the austere minimalistic-​comfort thing that seems to be the trend for this particular coffee chain.
I’ve always received friendly service here, but I have not always received the prompt service I expect out of a company that makes sacrifices in quality for consistency. The lines don’t help this promptness, but their (in)ability to manage the rush of caffeine-​starved people without a bit of micromanaging is unpleasant when you have time, and downright frustrating when you don’t. And with the market saturation of Starbucks, why not go to a less busy one?

I thought this was a typical Starbucks. The line moved quickly, the staff was friendly, and my drink was out within a few minutes and made as I asked. It is a large building, and seemed very busy– the line was long the entire time we were there.
My favorite cold drink is the Valencia orange refresher. It’s sweet and tangy, but still had caffeine! And, I love the orange pieces in the drink that you can eat!
