I give McDonald’s 3 stars because it’s always the same consistent product. If I want a cheeseburger, it’s going to taste like a McDonald’s cheeseburger. It’s hard to go wrong with the chicken nuggets or a McChicken sandwichop One of the things that I really appreciate about this McDonald’s is that they almost always have clean bathrooms. We have stopped here often on the way to Seattle and the bathrooms have always been clean enough. Listen, this is McDonalds and not anything else… It’s exactly what I expect and it’s cheap. Hard to argue with that!

Kinda nuts giving a 5 star review for fast food but here are the reasons why. I came in the morning for breakfast. There was a long line in the drive thru but it was moving very fast. I had zero wait. Bobbi was taking the orders. She spoke clearly with more perkiness than a cheerleader at the homecoming game. She gave a sincere good morning and paid attention to what I said so I didn’t have to repeat anything. She was fast when cashing me out and kept smiling and being genuine. My food was already ready for pick up at the second window which has never happened at a McD’s in forever. The gal working there was also full of sunshine and had a big, genuine smile. The food was made right, made well and they have a big parking lot here. Food: 4 Service: 5

With their latest 20% price increase this regular morning breakfast/coffee customer is done. The service and inconsistency was borderline and now they are asking me to pay more. Not going to happen. Goodbye Mickey-D’s

I have never had an issue at this restaurant except during the graveyard shift. The line takes up to 25 minutes to get through if someone is ahead of you. I understand the food is made fresh at this time, but when I get my food it should not be cold. Also, the ice cream machine is always«down» when the sun goes down. This is especially annoying when you drive there on your lunch hour to get ice cream. It magically works again in the morning. I know the ice cream machine is annoying to clean when not many people are going to buy it. I’m not an idiot. Don’t advertise to be 24⁄7 if the whole desert menu is never available. The day shift if great, but I had to subtract stars for my experience with the night shift. I will be going to Jack in the Box from now on.

Yes, this place looks nice and clean. The guy even sprayed disinfectant cleaning solution on the soda dispensers. I’m not sure if this is normal or not. But i don’t need soap with my Coke.

Well any likings I had for this store is out the door. We just«enjoyed» a meal of who knows how old fries and McNuggets. Yummy… NOT!!!

It is what it is, hit and miss, not always consistent… every now and then its the perfect thing when in the mood. In my view 3 stars is as high a rating a McDonald’s can get, so definitely nothing bad to say about this location.

The other McDonalds in Issaquah — much better than the one on East Lake Sammamish. Tends to be clean and there’s a great play area for the kids. It’s been redone and now has what I call a «timber» theme… Good place to meet up with friends who have smaller children.

Burger was alright. However I found a long piece of hair in my fries and quickly lost my appetite :(

Nicest McDonalds I’ve ever been in. Everyone I’ve talked to speaks plain old English so I have no idea what one some of the other reviewers was talking about. This place is always clean with fast service. They’ve never gotten my order wrong… during the winter it’s nice to sit by the fireplace and warm up. Yes. Seriously. This McDonalds has a fire place! Anyway, just remember… it’s McDonalds, not Daniels Broiler. You pay get what you pay for.

I’m pretty sure this is a ‘corporate’ store. It’s clean and updated to a ‘woodsy/cabin’ feel. The prices are decent, and they aren’t charging $ 1.29 for dollar items, they are actually $ 1. I only eat McDonalds about once a week, but only because they are everywhere and cheap. This is one of the very few that I will give 4 stars to.

It is an updated mcd and clean. The staff is friendly. The best part is the play area where the kids can play for 30 minutes after they eat. Good place to get a quick meal and play when it is cold or rainin outside.

I am so old. I remember when this McDonald’s came to Issaquah. In my family, we still refer to things as being pre-McD’s or post-McD’s. E.g., «Did the air field close shop pre or post McD’s?» Before McD’s, Issaquah was a sleepy quiet village. Post-McD’s, it became what it is today. I have so many memories there: after church, after ball games. I remember running out to our cars during lunch at IHS and speeding to McD’s for a 3-minute meal and speeding back to school before the bell.

Beautiful play area but horrible service. 2 items from my order were not given to me and after returning to correct the problem, the error was acknowledged but no apology was offered — just a «here you go» and bye.

Great if you like a playland. But we don’t need that. I love to sit by the fireplace and get warm. I love several of the employees, they are very nice. Nothing that really stands out really. McDonalds is more about fast service than it is about anything else. Cleanliness could improve in ALL McDonald’s.

This was a good place to eat, they had friendly waiting staff and treated me with respect. The food was good and came out fast.

This particular McDonald’s location seems to be tucked away with a parking lot surrounded by Douglas-fir and a gorgeous view of the Tiger-Cougar Squawk Mountains. Inside this McDonald’s is just unreal… The walls are covered with camping gear, wildlife images and nostalgia. Log furniture and dining booths work together towards enhancing their simple rustic charm. And the strategically placed rock chimney could encourage romance under fluorescent lights. The McDonald’s prices at this establishment are competitive to other locations around Washington State. Everything seemed clean. And they charge extra for condiments other than ketchup. Open 24-hours with an on-site playground(9am to 9pm).
