I have eaten here three times this week, because we don’t have this anywhere close to where I live. It is Awesome. Place is clean. Breakfast or lunch my food has been hot as possible. I keep getting told by locals to try the milkshake. I will.

Breakfast supreme croissants. Omg. It will forever change your life in ways you never knew it could. Btw what happened to the really pretty Hispanic manager that works in the early morning?

Jack in the Crack is the bad boy that you like that you hangout with occasionally and don’t bring home to meet your parents. You know he’s not good for you, but he tastes so good. This Jack is the same. Tempting, delicious, fattening, but a bit on the slower side. I was there on a weeknight after work and with no one else in the drive thru besides me, it still took 8 minutes to get a burger and fries. That said, I know everything is cooked to order here unlike other fast food places so I forgave him. The food was hot, fresh and good. The cashier was also the manager and seemed a little entertained by me singing with my CD. Location wise, getting in and out is odd. You make the light and suddenly you’re in their drive thru or you have to turn quickly to get into the mini strip mall. Food: 3.5 Service: 3

How can one not like Jack in the Box. This location in particular is kind of in an odd place, but that doesn’t keep us from going there. The late night manager/workers are always very very friendly given the fact they are working at midnight and not home with family or friends on the weekends. Inside is always clean and orders are 98% always right in the drive thru :) Things I love from here that everyone should enjoy: Big Cheeseburger — big burger and it’s under $ 2! Churros — 5 piece and they are delicious and gooey Reeses pie — enough said Chicken strips — don’t get the chicken nuggets, they aren’t as good as the strips OREOSHAKE — best shake I’ve ever had from a fast food joint Fries are so so — nothing too great They do need to bring back their mozzarella sticks though — very very sad when they stopped carrying them! Oh — and ranch — their ranch is really good and I dip everything in it! Yum yum!

This Jack in the Box is pretty great. We stop here on the way home after drinking late at night and the people are so friendly. I think one man is the manager and he’s really spectacular. I’m surprised even with putting up with drunk people they’re still so courteous. Food is typical jack in box. Better than McDonalds.

Every. Single. Time. I don’t know how it’s possible, but every single time I’ve come here, something is messed up or not cooked right. I love fast food. I love jack in the box. But this location is just awful. Breakfast sandwiches that taste like fish, burgers that are missing their main selling point(if I order a burger slathered in cheese sauce, I want the cheese sauce), and completely missed items. Unfortunately, I’ll probably be back. Because there’s nothing else but McDonald’s open in Issaquah at strange hours of the night when I’m working.

I don’t know how this place can stay in business. I ordered a sourdough jack, one of their signature sandwiches. I’ve attached a picture of what the menu shows, vs what I got. One short strip of bacon, barely any cheese. Just lame. The intercom at the drive in was broken too, so I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times before they could understand what I wanted.

We enjoyed a late night dinner here tonight. The food was hot and fresh just like they advertise. I find myself enjoying the food here lately more than I have in the past. Great customer service tonight too. What else can you expect in a national fast food chain?

some friends and I came here very late at night and were the only ones in the restaurant. «Edward» had quite an attitude with me. Edward is very rude and has poor listening skills. the customer is always right, unless you’re talking to Edward! does LARGE sound like MEDIUM to you? and he put all four of our orders on ONE tray. I’m sorry, but I’m not a one-tray kind of gal.

I went here at 11:58 and showed an employee that it was 2 minutes before close and they said to go through the drive thru. Even tho we just wanted to sit inside! :(

I often get food that is under cooked, or SEVERELY overcooked. The last time I was there my Extreme Sausage Sandwich’s sausage came out BLACK and charred. Won’t eat there again, and Jack in the Crack is my FAVORITE place to eat.

Went during the day, went inside. Cool ordering system, food received in a timely manner and was pretty tasty. Interior was clean, though bathroom was kinda dark.

Ok, so after having my teeth kicked in by the Snoqualmie tribe for the second night, we decided that we should at least save $ 10 to get a burger on the way home. Driving home, dejected, my friend suggested Jack-in-the-Crack so we stopped at the Issaquah location. I’m not sure how long it takes to make fast food… oh wait, I used to work at a fast food joint as a teenager and that’s right… no more than 5 minutes with cooking time! But somehow, late night windows seem to quadriple that time out of either boredom, bitterness, or just plain jackassery. This JITB didn’t want to break the mold apparently. Oh — and my chicken pita sucked. But it was the lowest calorie item to get on the menu that late at night and I’m fat enough as it is. Let’s not forget that when I asked for cups of water, they gave us the biggest cups they could — with no lids. Did I mention that we were driving? Yes, I call jackassery.

On our way back from the new casino we pulled off to get a late night snack at the Issaquah Jack in the box. Two of the people in the car wanted the Tacos(the greasy ones they deep fry with who knows what in them) even though the tacos were on the menu we were told they didn’t have them. When I inquired why I was not given an answer. We ordered other items only to find when we got home that there were a few items wrong and/or missing. Lame service, cold fries and no tacos.

Stupid avalanches. Why do they have to ruin my fun? I was in the drive though at this Jack in the crack when Washington State Highway Advisory Radio informed me that the east bound lanes at the pass were closed, so I had no more reason to live today. :) Anyway, this location has been on Gilman Blvd for as long as I can remember. It’s fine. Just like any other JIB. One thing I’m not a fan of is this new card reader. They make you swipe your own card. There’s a little light on the reader that turns red or green depending on if you swiped it right. No other indication about whether or not the beloved AMEX is working out. Food? Normal fast food. Would you like fries with that? Normal. It’s Jack in the Box, what do you want?
