One of the nicest Taco Bell’s we’ve ever visited! Order was perfect and everything was great!

Ordered coleslaw(it’s a kfc too) it was rotten. The number wasn’t accepting calls so we called corporate got a rude costumer service agent. We never got a call back. I’m not only done with this place but completely with the franchises. If you want to run the risk of eating spoiled food and being mistreated this is the place and company to go to.

Worst Taco Bell ever. I have never received good service from them. They are always rude. But today I had something a little different than them just being rude. I got home and took a bite of my Mexican pizza and there was a long black hair in it. Absolutely gross. So I go to call them to tell them about what happened and the phone rings once«this phone number is not set up to receive phone calls». Absolutely no way of contacting them.

In the drive up window I was told«I can’t get your order. You have to wait until my manager is back he just went on a break». Meaning I need to sit in my car until his fat ass is done smoking. Nasty food with the most disrespectful loosers one could imagine serving the food. They look at you like you said something about their mom just for ordering food and asking for hot sauce. I’ve been asked to a wait in the drive thru until the loser manager finishes his smoke break before I can have my food and leave. You’ll be lucky if you get the order you paid for and leave without being disrespected first. Just don’t go here EVER!!!

This place consistently f***s up my order and you always gotta check the bag to make sure you ordered. Today my quesadilla had no creamy jalapeño on it, i ordered boneless hot wings but got regular wings with bones. i asked for buffalo sauce while ordering and didnt get any in the bag. and theyre not even open late like everyother taco bell. this place sucks– stay away.

This is the worst taco bell I have ever been too. They always always always get the order wrong wrong wrong. Its almost like they try to. I punish the porcelain after each visit too. I am done with this place. It is ran so poorly. How can you run a successful operation when you get the order wrong so many times. Its so frustrating.

This is a poorly managed /run franchise. I’ve eaten here a dozen times over the last few years, and they almost always seem to get my order wrong. I think they skimp on the portioning — I always seem to end up with less protein on my taco-bell items. There is a language barrier — as most of the workers do not speak English very well.

This place needs some work. There’s this one guy who works there. He doesn’t even say hello. He just stands at the counter and waits till you say something or order. He doesn’t even ask what I would like. It’s really rude. And he doesn’t know how to work the system. The manager had to come over and then relieved him from the front to work drive thru. After we ordered we waited 20 minutes to get food. Whatever. While we waited the same guy who is rude was like leaning everywhere on the drive thru while talking to customers. Very professional. Finally we got our food. I ordered the new triple layer nachos. From the dollar menu. It only had the hot sauce and the cheese on the nachos. When I went to the counter to return them(didn’t have the refried beans) the manager, **MANAGER** yelled at us saying that the nachos didn’t have beans! Why would it be called a triple layer nacho of it only had two things?! The manager legit yelled at me. It was very rude. After he threw a fit and had someone remake it he went in the back and came back out and said he was wrong. Talk about awkward. I don’t know, maybe I’m just overreacting but that’s not how a situation so simple should be handled.

Against my better judgment and lack of memory of my previous review warning against food poisoning. I returned. Here we go with yet an even worse experience. It was Wednesday 08/20/2014 at 7:49PM The cashier was: Genaro — he was working drive thru(where we ordered) — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — We ordered 2 Steak Soft Tacos with just Steak and Cheese We got 2 Steak Soft Tacos with no Lettuce — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – We ordered 3 Layer Nachos with no red sauce We got NOTHING — «Manager claims this store doesn’t carry it», funny thing is it was on the receipt and they charged me $ 1.00 for it! — — — — — — — — — — — — — — We order a Large Mountain Dew — Mix was off, it was weak. ________________________ We ordered KFC Famous Bowl — Made Correctly — — — — — — — — — — — — — We ordered a Beefy Frito Burrito with no rice They put it on our ticket as a Beef Quesorita with no rice __________________________ Side of Nacho Cheese — Got that __________________________ Taco Salad w/Jalapenos — Got right(YEAH!) __________________________ Empty Taco Salad Shell(I like them) — They only had 2 broken ones left for the night after the Taco Salad above — They gave me both for the price of one, but it wasn’t edible it was over fried. — — — — — — — — — — — — — – Individual Corn on the Cob — Easy enough, they got it right. — — — — — — — — — — — — – Steak Quesarita — Was correct :) :) ______________________ 4 pack of Cinnabon Delights — They gave us an extra order by mistake. One point up for us I guess. _______________________ 2 of the Caramel Apple Empandas — Both were fine That was our order. Number of items prepared RIGHT: 7 Number of items prepared WRONG: 6 Total $ 33.90 The order screen is broken and Genaro did NOT repeat the order back to us. So there was no way to confirm if the food was right or wrong without checking it or finding out at home they messed up 99% of your order. The«manager» was named Baldezar. He was very rude and never took responsibility for the problem. He never said he was sorry, have a nice night, thank you, nothing. I even wrote down what we wanted on a piece of paper and gave them back the gross messed up food we ended up with so that they didn’t think we were trying to con them. Guess what… the remake… WASWRONG!!! They improved a tiny bit because this time it was«only» half wrong half right. I did not want to drive all the way home again just to realize my order was wrong, so I checked it in the store. I gave up and decided to go elsewhere. I gave him the wrong items back and asked for the name of his supervisor, boss, etc. Baldezar kept trying to point me back to Genaro the person(supposed other manager) on the receipt. Baldezar told also me the wrong store location number or who was the franchisee or corporate owner. To make a long story short, after asking for the boss’ name again Baldezar tells me he is going to call 991 on me. I corrected him and said it was 911. The Issaquah Police Officer was very kind and professional and kinda cute actually, anyways I told him the story and assured him there was never and would never be a problem because I was leaving the store and NEVER coming back. I plan to contact the health dept because the store was gross in the food prep area and corporate has been notified of how I was treated and the nastiness of their store. NOTETOSELF: DON’T EATATTACOBELLINISSAQUAH!!!

Worst Taco Bell ever. Our orders are always wrong and taste like garbage. I wish someone else would open up a Taco Bell in issaquah. I would drive the extra distance to get a decent crunch wrap.

This Taco Bell consistently has terrible, slow service at the Drive-Thru, is regularly unaware of items on its own menu, and on one occasion the teenager on the speaker was pranking the customers by mumbling through the speaker for every other word. When I’m lucky enough not to have an immature teenager harassing me, I have someone who sounds like they’re dying inside and every word they speak is reminding them of their horrible existence.(This is not a knock on Taco Bell employees in general, just a reflection of how the people at this store sound when they talk to customers.) I hope it’s not a cultural problem at this particular store. Still, I return, because Taco Bell. Because Taco Bell… For reference, I wrote this entire review on a mobile phone while waiting in line at the Drive-Thru. That’s how painfully slow the service is. And there’s still someone in front of me waiting for their order at the window.

Ordered 3 plain chicken littles for kids, 1 fresco taco, 2 waters, 2 pintos and cheese. Got 3 non plain chicken Littles that kids won’t touch, 1 regular taco, no sporks included so we can’t eat pintos and cheese, and no waters. Spectacular drive through fail!

Terrible service. Had to ask them at least twice to fix the order when they didn’t give the happier hour discount, gave me the wrong drink, forgot one of my grillers, and overall they were impatient and rude. Avoid this t-bell if you can.

Service was horrible, drive through line was slow. Got half of our order and two things were missing. The soft tacos were not soft at all. They were crispy, the other items seemed as if they had been sitting out all day. Not good

Do not eat here! I’ve eaten at a lot of Taco Bells, this tops them as being the worst. They screwed up our order the first time we went there, bad. Thankfully they replaced it after we drove all the way back. Thought we’d give the another chance, mixed up orders happen. The second time we ordered the 12 taco pack, crunch wrap & chicken quesadilla. They were all shoved into one bag, the tacos were smushed, wrap & dilla burnt & the lettuce brown. The crunchy tacos were really old too & were soggy. The guy that takes your order is a jerk too. Sucks. Going to Bellevue next time.

I won’t lie I will go here again… Despite the one star rating, it’s not the food which is typical fast food. I like the KFC which is also served here and of course they have Mnt Dew! They close early all the time! I’ve been there no less than five times clearly before closing time, which they plaster all over the building, and it’s totally closed and not a soul in the place. Not like five minutes before locking up, like totally closed a good half hour early. Once we came through and they were closing, an hour before actual closing, they were all still inside but refused to answer the drive through… At the drive through window we slowly passed, stopped and saw them just standing there they looked right at us and walked away. Super obnoxious, don’t count on this place for late night eats!

Okay so you know, Taco Bell has this menu called the«Fresca» menu — no, it’s not a new concept — they’ve had it for QUITE a while now… BUT apparently this Taco Bell did not get the memo even though they have the items all over their menu! So, I go through drive thru… I want a Fresco Crunchy Taco. It’s basically just a corn shell, ground beef, lettuce, and salsa on top. Pretty simple right? No, not simple at all… After the first person on the speaker couldn’t tell what I was asking for the manager got on and clearly stated, «we do not have that here.» To that I replied, «really? You don’t have that here? I am looking at it on the menu right now and I also JUST ordered one yesterday…», The voice on the other end tells the other person I am asking for a crunchy taco and then clarifies with me, «right?» Me: «ummm no, not a crunchy taco, those have cheese on them and no salsa. I want the taco on your F-R-E-S-C-O menu, you know, the one with a crunchy shell, ground beef, lettuce, and salsa? I’m looking at it on your menu right now.» Taco Bell: «no, we don’t have anything like that on the menu» — muffled static on the other end —«wait, I’m sorry, we do have that but it has steak on it…» Me: «ummmm no, it’s ground beef, sir — I’m looking at the picture right here in front of me ONTHEMENU — it clearly has ground beef on it.» Taco Bell: «are you sure? I think it only comes with steak.» Me: «Yes I’m sure, I JUSTORDERDITYESTERDAY.» At this point it’s more funny than anything else. Can’t Taco Bell manage to at least train their employees on what the menu items are??? Out of fear that I was going to get some strange taco concoction I ordered a nachos bell grande(great now they ‘effed up my «light, semi healthy» lunch plan!)… I drive to the window, pay, glance at my food(first mistake), drive all the way back to work, sit down at my desk, get ready to have a nice Taco Bell lunch, and there is no freaking CHEESE on my nachos bell grande!!! No cheese on NACHO’s??? That’s messed up… So to you Taco Bell employees, who can’t even learn what is on the menu, thanks for screwing up my nachos and making me basically teach you how to make a taco via the drive thru intercom system. At least you got the damn Taco right! Maybe Taco Bell should hire me to train their employees?
