Over 2 months, 3 trips through drive-thru, 3 times order messed up. I’m done with them.

Tacos tasted horrible! Not at all like an actually tbell. Had to throw away whole order so I didn’t vomit. Meat was disgusting.

Nasty food with the most disrespectful loosers one could imagine serving the food. They look at you like you said something about their mom just for ordering food and asking for hot sauce. I’ve been asked to a wait in the drive thru until the loser manager finishes his smoke break before I can have my food and leave. You’ll be lucky if you get the order you paid for and leave without being disrespected first. Just don’t go here EVER!!!

It’s just a KFC. I got a bucket of chicken and biscuits. Everything was good, the drive-thru service was quick and accurate.

The worst KFC I have ever had. Even worst than some KFCs right close to highway exit. So disappointed. Services were slow, and taste were not fresh.

Can I give no stars? Don’t eat here. I watched kitchen staff breaking apart frozen chicken by throwing it on the floor! They were laughing the entire time, and no manager in sight.

I know my reviews of this place are either great or horrible. Well they are back down to whatever is below horrible. I wouldn’t have given them 1 star if I could have picked a lower score! The last time we purchased chicken here I made the mistake of ordering a side of baked beans. Whomever was the genius who put the lid on the beans didn’t care if it was sealed or not. The beans dumped everywhere including the interior of my husband’s car. They also failed to give us the side of strips we paid for! After paying around $ 40 I was not happy to say the least. I called the store and politely asked to speak with the manager in charge. The person who answered the phone identified himself as the manager. I informed him of the problem and he asked me «what do you want me to do about it?». I told him I would like to have a replacement order. The manager informed me I was being unreasonable and he would not replace the order because he «knew the bucket of chicken didn’t get beans in it» so apparently as long as the chicken is safe all is well. I debated back and forth. Eventually he told me the most he could replace was with an 8 piece meal that was worth $ 27. He was kind enough to also offer to replace the missing strips. He asked for my name so that he could put a note in the office. I gave him my name and asked for his name just in case there was confusion when it came time to get the food he offered. He began to tell me his name was Jose then eventually he settled on the name George. A few days later my husband wanted to get the chicken before all was forgotten at the store. I walked into the store and asked to speak to a manager. Unfortunately he too had an attitude and didn’t want to even look«on the wall» in the office for my name. He was working the drive thru so I understand the need for short conversations having worked in fast food myself. After talking to me like I was an idiot he eventually gave in and replaced $ 27 worth of chicken with a side of strips. I understand how frustrating it is to work in fast food, heck I did it for 10 years but you never treat your customers the way I was treated. To add insult to injury there was a young man in a KFC uniform standing next to a girl I can only assume was his girlfriend. He was ordering her food using his employee discount. The entire time he was standing beside her he was being mentally degrading and rude to her treating her like an abused puppy. This too is a no no in front of a customer. It’s easy to say I am done with this KFC. The sad part is the fact the Taco Bell portion of this store even with the same staff have yet to had a problem delivering complete orders. With this store being the only KFC and Taco Bell in this area it’s sad :-(.

This is a combo KFC/Taco Bell. Clean enough interiors, but the service leaves more than a little to be desired – my visit saw multiple botched orders and confused clerks. Still, what are you gonna do when the urge to devour Gorditas hits?
