Peaks Frozen Yogurt Bar

Pretty much exactly like every other frozen yogurt place. It’s clean, has pretty normal flavors (chocolate, caramel, vanilla, mango, berry, etc), a decent selection of toppings and lots of seating for 6 (as well as outside seating). Friendly staff, convenient hours, no complaints.

There are so many topping options, the most I’ve seen and I’ve been to a lot of these my husband loves yogurt bars. It’s clean in here to and the prices are reasonable. Don’t miss all the liquid topping options as well!

The thing I like about Peaks over other frozen yogurt locations, is Peaks rotates and changed their flavors. I get bored with the same ol stuff, but Peaks keeps me intrigued. Two weeks ago, they had mint which was delicious. Last week they had more of like a thin mint, which was great too! And salted caramel popcorn flavor/​yes please! Expensive, yes, but they have a digital rewards program so you can earn free stuff. Like I said it is digital, so no pesky card. I don’t get toppings, but they have so many toppings to choose from. This place is right up there with Yogurtland on the plateau of Ssmmamish for me.

There was a time when I used to complain that we didn’t have good fro-​yo in WA. Everytime I went down to LA, which was monthly, I’d stop by one of the joints down there that do self-​serve with numerous yogurt flavor options as well as topping selection, such as Yogurtland. We now have several similar options up here, with Peaks being one of the later arrivals. Still, they offer exactly what I want with the same formula of self-​serve with a good variety of toppings and rotating flavors. They seem to run the occasional Groupon/​LivingSocial/​AmazonLocal deal, so that def makes it worth stopping in.

Cute (hard to find) yogurt bar in Issaquah (it is around the corner from Safeway/​REI — next to Papa Murphy’s). Very clean and tons of toppings. Little one and I got the Salted Carmel with raspberries, warm carmel and cheesecake bites. It was super yummy except for the cheesecake bites which were awful (and I LOVE cheesecake). They had 4 kinds of boba (all fresh and good, put some on the side…). Hubby didn’t like — said he prefers Menchie’s (which he doesn’t even like that well). Would definitely stop here again when in Issaquah.

Always great yogurt flavor choices! Banana and coconut are the best! Many types of fresh fruit! They have honey as a topping too! Friendly staff. Nice clean place.

The yogurt here is delicious and creamy. There were a few flavors that came out runny and were not ready to be served. There wasn’t any indication they were not ready yet.
They only had one person working there on a Thursday night. We noticed there was a woman that had to wait for a few minutes at the cash register because the employee was in the back of the store. When it came time for our turn to check out, we also had to wait for awhile. A «thank you for your patience» would have been nice but overall we had a good experience. I’ll definitely go back.
After visiting, we realized there is an ‘Alpine Club’ loyalty program you can join on their website. Just give your phone number to the employee to earn points towards free froyo (ours didn’t ask for our number). I like the eco-​friendly option rather than the typical punch-​card.

Came here for dessert the other night after dinner for dessert. I tried 4 different flavors with many different toppings. All were fresh and delicious. There were a lot of options for sweet toppings and found plenty that I enjoyed. The place was clean and the toppings were organized.

I love their selection of toppings! It is far wider than most other froyo shops. Because of their varied offerings, I discovered a love for nerds, sour patch kids, and whatever their sorbet du jour is. Yum! I rarely order their froyo – I typically go for the fruit sorbets, and they’ve always been quite good. My favorite was the watermelon… bring it back! Since moving to Issaquah, Peaks has become part of my routine.

We were very underwhelmed… First time at Peaks and quite frankly, it is froyo, my expectations were pretty low. This place did not meet them. The first disappointment was that many of the flavors were on the verge of being empty so we got a lot of that slightly watery dreg stuff after pushing the sticky knob all the way.
The next problem was that many flavors were very similar, like strawberry, raspberry, and watermelon, Or cheesecake, cake batter, plain (not tart, they had that too).
They have a dizzying array of candy and toppings, literally two bars full. What I didn’t like was that there was a TON of candy, potato chips, sprinkles, sugars, cakes, and all things sweet. Their selection of nuts and fresh fruits leaves something to be desired for. Not only their selection of healthful items sparse, but the fruit is old looking and squishy. Yuck. If you are trying to be healthful here you are better off just having plain yogurt.
What takes the cake is when I asked the attendant if the yogurt is pasteurized (I am pregnant and unlike places like Menchies this information is not posted anywhere) and the teen behind the counter flippantly told me he didn’t know and then barked the price of our purchase, not even offering to check or find out… What a turn off. I feel like this is basic product info.
Despite this being the only froyo place in Issaquah we won’t be back.

Great yogurt, cute chalkboard for the kids and lots of toppings! Minus 1 star for price. Very expensive. 3 cups of yogurt=$ 16. I can get 3 cups of ice cream at Mcdonalds for $ 3 and my kiddos are just as happy.

First time here since issaquah, but since they opened, it’s nice! I like the topping stations it’s really cute. The flavors look and taste really good. They also have 2 locations at factoria and in Bellevue square. I’m definitely coming back when I come back in issaquah area!

Place is on the expensive side for froyo but it’s the only nearby froyo place in town! The yogurt is nice and creamy, never icy or watered down.

The yogurt has good consistency and they have a good mix of flavors. However, their yogurt is 53 cents per ounce. Most places are around 40 cents per ounce. It doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it adds up.

The Cake Batter and Salted Caramel are excellent. They have tons of toppings to choose from and keep the store clean.

Ahhh, man. This place is DANGEROUS. I have a frozen yogurt problem. This place has Salted Caramel flavor on tap ALL THE TIME. It’s one of my favorites, and Peaks definitely has the best around! I’ve been to their original location in Crossroads a few times, and always thought it was just ok, but after this trip, I am going to be a regular.
They have a rewards program where you just enter your phone # each time you order, and after a certain amount of ounces, you get some free. Good, easy program that doesn’t require a card, or getting bombarded with emails.
Salted Caramel+Cheesecake bites= DELICIOUS

So… I’ve been trying out a lot of yogurt places lately, and hands down this one is my favorite. The yogurt is the most flavorful. They have the best selection, the most unique, yummy flavors and their toppings are very extensive. It’s very clean and bright and there are 5 spoon colors to choose from! We were so happy here, I’d highly recommend Peaks to everyone!!! As far as price, it was very standard– we paid around $ 5 for 3 little bowls– the same we pay at all the other yogurt places we go to. I didn’t even look at the price per ounce as we mainly just get yogurt and go very light on toppings.
