Excellent Vegetarian Phở! The Vegetarian Phở is true vegetarian with tasty vegetarian broth(not fish or chicken). Actually its probably Vegan since there is no egg or dairy Generous amount of lightly fried tofu, broccoli, carrots, sprouts, basil, jalapeño, lime. They have 3 chili pastes on the table; sriracha, red chili paste, and a roasted dark chili paste Also, they have plastic chopsticks rather than the disposable(wasteful) wooden ones. This place is so much better than the Phở Hoa it replaced!

Place was too cold, took forever to order food, food was marginal at best and portion size was small. Do not recommend.

The décor and customer service are much better here than they used to be, but that’s about all that’s better. I tried the brisket phở and the vermicelli noodle bowl with chicken and an egg roll. All of the meat(brisket, chicken, in the egg roll) was terrible. Very disappointing.

This place used to be a branch of Phở Hoa of Redmond but changed owner a few years ago and went downhill. We stopped coming here for a couple of years and looks like it might have changed owner again. The menu is new and the décor is slightly updated with new paint and light fixture, even though it’s still a little divey. We came here around lunch time and the place was packed. I ordered the phở with everything in it and it barely had anything in it. My son ordered the beef brisket phở and got more meat. The soup was nice and hot and the Large bowl has lots of broth. It’s quite tasty. We’ll be back.

Had spring rolls and brisket noodle soup at my first visit here. Both were as I expected and quite delicious. Place is neat and clean, service friendly and fast. I will come back to try the sandwiches and vermicelli next time.

This place is good. I have been coming here for several years. The Phở is good. Small and large sizes. There are only 3 spots in Issaquah for Phở. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast. The tables are always clean. There is plenty of parking nearby.

After being very disappointed with the bland broth at a different phở place in Issaquah I decided to give this place a shot. The phở was much more flavorful! Service was prompt and polite. It’s a bit of a hole in the wall sort of location that could use a fresh coat of paint on the walls, but when the food is good I don’t really care about the look of a place. This is my go to spot when I want phở in Issaquah!

Phở is hard to mess up and this place did a good job. The décor is clean and simple with a very open floor plan and Fox News playing on a flat screen. We had spring rolls as an appetizer and they were wonderfully fresh and flavorful, with a peanut sauce perfectly balanced between sweet and savory. We all got phở with a side order of gyoza. The broth was a deeper color than most places and had lots of flavor. The portions were large, with a small satisfying a hungry man. The one thing I really didn’t like was that the noodles were raw and tightly compressed when we got them. It took a solid 5 minutes for them to soften up and loosen enough to be able to eat them with chopsticks. I will be back for sure. A great bowl of phở and easy to get to too.

They were a bit on the saltier side than I like but never the less, it was hot and quenched my craving for phở. I will keep searching for another phở place in Issaquah to try out.

I come to Seattle once a year for a some work and a few days of vacation and always stop in here… excellent food, friendly service, a nice experience… did not know until today of the management change, didn’t matter to me as I think it’s been consistently very good… phở is wonderful as was the pork sandwich… already looking forward to next year’s visit!

Tried the phở and the grilled chicken sandwich. Nothing spectacular, very passable. Décor is nicer now. But overall Jenny Phở seems better for phở. And for Banh mi sandwiches I’d rather visit the little take out on 20th St in Bellevue even though it’s bit of a drive.

Food was alright and coffee was better than most places. For a place with road signs it turned out to be okay :]

There’s new owners now and they’ve really cleaned the place up. Unfortunately they’ve also raised the prices and cut back on portions. The broth is really good and there’s a good amount of noodles, but they went cheap on the meat. Even paying $ 1.50 for«extra meatballs» is just another 1.5 meat balls. Disappointing, but it may be the best phở in Issaquah.

Apparently this place changed owners a few months ago, and it definitely shows. They updated the décor and the food quality is much better now. This is probably the best phở place in the Issaquah area.

Nothing great about this meal — chicken was cold, rice was cold, all of it lacked flavor. Only reason giving two stars was because it was convenient, quick, and only paid about $ 9 for a meal(that was probably why it wasn’t too great). Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a good meal — however there are limited types of this kind of restaurant in Issaquah.

New owners as of about 2 weeks ago. They’ve renovated nicely, and from what I could tell by just having chicken phở they have the same recipe –only the portions are larger. I’m going 4 stars because there’s no 3.5, and for Issaquah I think there’s got to be some give as compared to Seattle ID ratings. Overall it seems like a step up.

Ordered a small bowl with everything in it.(it came with«nothing» in it, or almost) Soup has absolutely no taste, and they are too stingy to put the meat in. When I complained about the super low quality of the food, the server said she is aware of the ultra reduced meat amount. And also asked me if I like PhO so much why don’t I go eat in Renton??? Uhhhhh, guess that’s a good sales pitch. This is the last time I will enter that establishment. Avoid! Avoid! Go eat somewhere else.

I have yet to find a really stellar phở place on the Eastside. This place is really convenient for me to get to which is great and it’s decent enough, just nothing mind blowing. I don’t know if people on the Eastside just don’t eat as much Vietnamese food but the options seem really limited. I always get phở tai — the thing about this place is that the broth was pretty decent(compared to some) but the meat was completely tasteless. I know that the flavor is supposed to soak into the meat… but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. It just kind of hovered on top and floated and even when I let it sink into the broth, the meat still tasted like nothing. I have never actually used any of the hoisin/soy sauce/etc. but I actually decided that I needed to add something — the hoisin made it much better, believe it or not. Still, I don’t want to have to drown my food if I don’t have to.

Nothing special. Fairly basic place, especially in décor. Teriyaki combo meat didn’t taste good and rice was clumpy. Phở broth was very salty even after adding half a cup of water.
