Thank you, Aaron! Aaron helped me with my phone problem and was genuinely kind and interested in finding out what needed to be done. There were a lot of employees there today, and I wonder if this store is trying to better itself. Good job!

Horrible, horrible service. I went in today to get Jump on Demand for my wife. The Girl took a photocopy of my Driver’s licence and asked the type of phone I wanted. I told her. and she checked and she came back and said they don;t have it in stock. I asked if they could call me when it comes into the store. She told me NO. that i would have to call in. I was pissed with her attitude. so I said OK. I called the Redmond store. and they said the same thing. the only exception was:
1. they took all my details down and told me that «they» would call. I wouldn’t have to ring every day to find out if they had the phone.
2. they didn’t give me an attitude problem. I really appreciated that person going that extra mile for me. Great customer service.
I know TMO is trying to win back customer’s, but they really need to do something about the crappy CSR they in the Issaquah store. Re-​train them. Remember customer’s remember bad service. and next time will not come back. I will not come back to that store even though it’s closer to where I live and work.

Nice store physically but they are not very attentive. Stood for 5 minutes before being approached by someone with a clipboard. Wanted to upgrade my wife to a 6+. He put me on the list and said «you’re next». 10 minutes later they had a lady rocked back on the phone, a guy taking out the trash and a guy doing nothing behind the counter. I left.

Had an issue with a phone that was a couple of years old, went in to see if they could help out. David greeted me immediately and began to work at getting my problem solved. Everything worked out great in the end. I really wanted to write this review because I felt like David, and his supervisor, went beyond what they needed to do in order to help me out. I really felt like it was a long shot for them to help me with a phone that is a few years old. I am a long time customer of T-​mobile and this experience really made me happy, thanks!

Toshi is awesome! I had overage charges with my first bill and he sorted it out and made sure I was reimbursed!!! Thanks for the awesome customer service at T-​mobile Issaquah!

Miriam helped me fix my email accounts and saved me money. I’m sure she could have used her «up» on a customer spending money but she took time to help me and explain what had happened to my emails and fixed it. I will be back to upgrade and buy from her soon.

My wife and I came in to buy updated phones and Yoshi took the time to show us phones that were great, yet right within our budget, he also took the time to answer all of our questions. As a T-​Mobile customer for over a decade, I’ve always had the best service from the Issaquah store.

When my daughter judo kicked my old phone, sending it flying though the air and crashing to the concrete, I dreaded having to get a new phone. Mainly because I wasn’t too happy about sticking with Virgin Mobile. Their coverage at our house in Issaquah is… frustrating.
I knew I wanted to check out T-​Mobile. I appreciate their marketing. And their values seem aligned my mine (specifically, the whole «no contract» thing). Not to mention, I wanted the iPhone 6 Plus. That’s something my previous carrier will offer someday. Right about the time the iPhone 9 comes out.
I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some of the grumpy reviews about this store. But, these really guys came through. My lady was also interested. So, we stopped by to gather a little info.
Our rep answered the questions we had and presented some options we hadn’t considered (for example, switching our iPads to T-​Mobile, putting them on a family plan). We came back an hour later after lunch and made the switch.
The staff did all the heavy lifting. They handled the porting of our cell numbers and switching of SIM cards. With everything folded into the family plan, we’re paying about the same as we were before — except now we have the phones we want and a big improvement in coverage.
Now, I do want to say we did this in December when the iPhone 6 Plus was on back order. Instead of waiting a week to get the phone we wanted in our hands immediately, we paid extra to have them shipped overnight. However, they did not arrive the next day.
I considered making this a four-​star review for that reason. But ultimately, that’s a national distribution thing that’s out of the hands of the local guys at the store. Our rep made sure to have the shipping fee waived and we still got our phones three business days later.

I regret changing to T-​Mobile because of this store.
First, they said the phone would arrive in one week, but took more than a month.
Second, they said they would overnight a sim card to another person on my group plan, and it never arrived. I called them back two day later after it didn’t arrive, and they never returned the call.
Third, they hung up on me. I called and it rang for a bit. I tried again, and they picked up only to immediately hang up.
Don’t go here. STAY AWAY!

After reading the negative reviews on his store, I almost didn’t go in. But I’m really glad I did. They helped me with no wait and provided quality service and took care of all my questions and concerns. Great job!

Everyone was friendly and helpful, answering the many questions I had about a variety of phone issues. I walked out with an upgraded phone and happy that I visited the store in spite of the poor reviews I saw here on Unilocal

Worse customer service I have ever experienced for a retail store. The Manger blew me off while blasting music and drowning me out while asking me if I need help but wouldn’t listen. The sales associate telling if I didn’t want his help I could elsewhere. Never have I been spoken down to like this. This was the closest location for me at the time but I drove to factoria and my problem was fixed in a few mins with respect and service with each smile. If you’re able to go to another location. Just do it.

Mike was awesome! Upgraded from the Galaxy S4 to the Note 3. Upgrade was flawless and quick, also purchased a 4G LTE iPad and very happy with the service received! Thanks again!

Recently bought a windows phone and have had multiple problems with it, mostly connectivity issues with my bluetooth radio. Went back several times to get it fixed but was told the on the last trip in the only way they could test wether it was really the phone was for me to buy another bluetooth accessory and test it myself… What? I went instead to the store where I bought the radio and they graciously tested it, finding that it was indeed the phone. Went back to the store and asked them to replace this phone with an android with similar features, at no cost to me. Then came the barrage of BS about what they could do… we’ll replace that phone, but you will need to pay a $ 5 shipping fee… What? Then in 3 more months I could trade it in and get something else, and pay more $. The idea that I was a customer apparently didn’t enter into the mind of the store mgr. I gave him an opportunity to correct a bad situation and they punted…
The case I bought with this phone has a magnetic flap on the side. After 2.5 months that failed. They refused to replace it or even offer another solution.
The folks in this store must be trained to simply close sales… anything else is out of reach for their abilities or ambitions to consider taking care of clients needs.
I have liked tmobile service overall, but if you have technical issues, this store is worthless for any support… seems like of you’re going to spend 5 – 600 $ on a phone they should have some support, or at least a number to call for help. None of that was offered.
Bottom line, if you’re techy and figure everything out for yourself, then these guys are ok. If you need occasional help… good luck with that.

I like the company. This store has some customer service issues though. I went in and explained to an employee what was going on and as she’s helping me another employee «switched» with her. Only there was no debriefing here so new employee just sat right down and pretended like she knew exactly what I wanted, didn’t explain much, clearly couldn’t get me out f there fast enough, but did stop to try and sell me an expensive new case then condescend me when I told her I’d get one cheaper online (because god forbid you just have a decent human interaction). Overall I left frustrated. It would’ve been a lot easier and faster if she had just stopped and asked me what I wanted and explained a few things, especially considering that she intercepted me from another team member. Felt like an attempt to hustle me but luckily I knew what I wanted and got it in the end. It was painful though.

Unorganized and stocked with people who lack experience and training.
They must have tremendous turnover and this really shows. Only a couple of people seem to really know anything.
I think there are better choices when shopping for a cell phone.
EDIT — After two years
The comments I made before still stand. This place is amazing and not in a good way.
About a month ago, I was having trouble with my IPhone 5. A «greeter» with a clipboard greeted me promptly and liskten to what I had to say. He than excused himself and sent another employee (Jonathan) to assist me. I had to repeat my entire story to Jonathan!
I ended up buying a new IPhone 6 and Jonathan did a good job of explaining things and he got me taken care of in a professional manner. A month later, the phone locked up on me and I returned. I asked them to exchange it. Lucky for me, I got Jonathan once again and he told me «not a problem» and he even upgraded me to the IPhone6s that had only come out that day! Great service from Jonathan!
But, I was not impressed by a lot (way too many) of other sales people milling around. Some were not dressed in a professional manner and were quite unkempt. I listened to a couple interact with shoppers and I was not impressed. I sure wouldn’t have hired these people!
It just seems that they have a couple of quality employees along with the rest.
I can’t imagine what their turnover must be like!
T– MOBILE MANAGERS… Do you read these forums? YOU CAN DO BETTER!

What a great experience. I went in on friday the guy working there named Jake was super helpful. I was looking to upgrade my phone and make sure my plan is still the best for me. He was very nice and helpful. He took the time to explain all the different models and didnt try to sell me anything, more just teach me about them and see what I needed. He also went over all the different plans they offered and what was best. Needless to say I left the store very confident that I really like the services that Jake and T mobile provide. Ill be back to see him for sure!

this place was really cool. it had a large 9 – 12 flat screen video wall behind a set of registers. they had cool little computer stations with snazzy keyboards. they also had little p2p stations for you to hang out n play while you waited to be serviced. their selection and accessories were lacking but everyone had a smile. the system was down so it took a while to get anything purchased using plastic.

As with most people, I only visit the cell phone shop when I actually need to, such as when I am thinking of upgrading my plan or moving to a new cell provider. As I recently left my cell phone in a town car in Manhattan, I had to venture out to get a new cell phone. The T-​Mobile store in Issaquah has a real nice staff — real relaxed, no pressure to upgrade to the latest phone with mp3/​camera/​espresso maker capabilities. As a matter of fact, I didn’t get my phone there, but got it on-​line (it’s strange that the on-​line store has more/​different choices). However, I did not have a Sim card for the new phone, so I went into T-​Mobile in Issaquah and they set me up with one, and got my service started again. I recommend this T-​Mobile!
