Nice, quiet, clean coffee shop within walking distance from the Motel 6. The baristas were nice and the coffee is tasty. Also a good selection of pastries for breakfast or lunch time snacks. Environment is calm and roomy with paintings and photographs on the walls. Very cool spot. Just what I needed :)

It’s been a year or so since the last review… I prefer Tully’s over Starbucks but then again all I get is a dry cappucino. Starbucks sucks at making those for whatever reason. Anyways, all the times I’ve been here my drink has been good! No complaints.

I spend a lot of time at coffee shops because they have tables, wifi, and some good food/drink options. Food and drinks are important because libraries have tables and wifi but only vending machine food/drinks. I haven’t spent much time interacting with the baristas and cashiers at this location, but haven’t had any problems. One time, a customer in front of me freaked out because they had no drip decaf coffee left(it was late in the day). A few minutes later a barista stopped by her table(customer was there with a friend) and dropped off a complimentary decaf coffee beverage. The food and beverages are average Tully’s options. I usually get the Yerba Mate Latte, marionberry Elleno’s Yogurt, or a can of Red Bull. My favorite«features» are probably the availability of tables and the reliable wifi. I haven’t had any problems finding a table next to a wall outlet and the wifi has(so far) never failed me. Location bonus: It’s super close to the Issaquah PCC! I like walking over there when I need a break from my laptop, or need to pick up some groceries, or want some better lunch options.

I know now why this store has such a low rating. Since they hire really young high school kids they need to actually train them. Train them in how to ring up people and how to treat customers with respect. The kid who rang me up just kept saying, «I’m so confused, I don’t know what’s going on right now, I’m so confused». Seriously, the other girl there and I just stared at him, I have no idea what he was talking about. This was AFTER I ordered and he rang me up. I went to get my coffee and watched the barista spill all over my cup and then handed it to me, all sticky and gross. I had to ask her to wipe it down for me. On top of that it was the worst coffee ever. Tully’s is better than this, they need better management at this store. Won’t be back.

Very poor customer service and the coffee was below average. This is my third and last time here. No more chances. Head to PCC next door for good service and good coffee.

I’ve came here a couple times recently to grab my hubs some coffee. He gets the drip and has told me that it tastes fantastic, actually better then the Starbucks drip he had last week. I’m writing in regards to the customer service there. The people are awesome there and super friendly. They helped me right away and were courteous while helping. I’ll for sure be going back here!

My fiancé and I wanted to just take a breather, so we stopped off here before dinner. The kid at the counter must have been new… at least I hope that was the case. We asked for drip coffee which should be easy enough since we were in fact at a coffee shop. They were all out. We asked… well can you make some? He seemed confused by the question. Anywho, not sure if he knew what the heck he was doing. Good luck to him on his future endeavours. The next thing I asked for was a piece of coffee cake. I was weary because Starbucks has HORRIBLE food that tastes like it’s a few days old. I will say this coffee cake was YUM-O! This is what saved the visit… the coffee cake. We did finally get our coffee so I guess that helped too :-) I will give another shot next time, Tully’s on NW Sammamish when I am out and about.

We met a relative here for coffee and ended up spending several hours visiting. The coffee itself was decent. I thought the drink had good flavor, but it wasn’t warm enough for my taste. I also felt that service was a little slow given the amount of customers in the store at the time. The store itself provide ample seating, but after about an hour of visiting I started to look around and notice how completely worn out all of the furniture appeared. I am definitely a fan of using something until it’s done, but that type of use requires basic maintenance, which I do not believe the furniture at this location receives. The table tops were gouged and scarred and some had obscenities scratched into the tops. The chairs were wobbly and not super comfortable. Overall, there was just an air of neglect. It left me wondering of the preparation area is maintained. So, the basics are a decent cup of coffee, but not an amazing cup of coffee. Okay service. Okay-ish atmosphere and appearance.

I dont know who hires the people but the girls behind the register were talking about who hooked up with more people or looked like they did. The drink I ordered my father, was supposed to be an ice blended. Like 50⁄50. It was probably 10 percent iced, 90% liquid…

First stop in the morning on the way to work. The staff is awesome. My only wish is that they would consistently remember my drink(since I am there 5 days a week). I blame attrition. Aside from that whole memory thing its a very nice coffee shop!

Stopped to get a bellacino and it was ok. Sopped again a few days afterwards and it was ok again Stopped a while ago, ordered the same thing and walked out the door with a big cup of flavorless blah. I could have gone back, but my breaks aren’t endless. Are yours? It was undrinkable, so there goes $ 5 in the garbage. Back to Starbucks I go.

I’m not usually a fan of «chain» restaurants, I have grown kind of fond of this Tully’s. Most of the staff is always super nice when we go in there. They remember our drinks. Mine being the Non fat Intense dark mocha, half the chocolate. I’m not a huge fan of coffee shops only serving Hershey chocolate *blek* The mocha’s they serve are always delish, hot, and hits the spot. They even do great plain lattes, which can be hard to find a good one sometimes. They even have a good selection of other non coffee drinks for my daughter. The only thing I would say is they could make better pastries. Probably good that they don’t, because I really don’t need to wash a pastry down with my already calorie loaded morning Coffee.

Bf and I went to grab a latte and cookie. Cashier was super slow ringing me up and didn’t even get the cookie causing a second transaction. Ordered a soy latte and it was all foam and bitter as heck. Honestly, after working as a barista, I know soy milk gets super foamy but come on, you’re taught how to hold back the foam! And they were out of sleeves.

I only go to Tullys on hit days for the shakes they rock. It is also great because you can use your passport unlimited card there and get 50 cents off your drinks

Friendly staff, but they can’t make a soy latte. Too much milk and not enough coffee.

I really like the friendly staff and so much prefer the atmosphere to Starbucks. I don’t care about fancy coffee drinks so can’t comment about that.

I’ve visited this Tully’s frequently. The staff is very friendly and kind. Unfortunatey, however, they don’t seem to be able to make even a passable latte. The lattes ALWAYS taste bitter, and have no foam – it’sas if they simply heat milk, then add a bad shot of coffee, then serve it. NO foaminess at all. I now go to other coffee houses for my lattes.

I needed to kill sometime before Trader Joe’s opened up Saturday morning, so I stopped at Tully’s for coffee. My cappuccino was good, although not as dry as I would have liked it and their baked goods(although I didn’t partake) looked good. There is lots of seating, a fire place and free wi-fi.

Overall: Great honey oat bran muffins, but coffee is inconsistent. A double macchiato is my favourite — all the excellent strength of a double espresso but with a tiny bit of frothed milk on top. However the flavor/aroma is unfortunately inconsistent. The honey oat bran muffins are great, but usually there is a limited number of these. Service is ok, although sometimes very slow. It also feels extremely cold in Tully’s(no matter which one you go to), even if you sit right near the fire place! They have a free wifi facility, which we do not pay much attention to EXCEPT in a Bellevue branch when we had the December 06 wind storm.
