I really hate to not give a Starbucks a 5 star review as most are pretty good and I never have issues but since I work for the company I had to address a few things. One being how slow the barista made drinks, if you have more then two you have to have a sense of urgency in making drinks so people aren’t waiting too long. Even worse I waited almost 3 minutes for two iced teas to be made and the barista didn’t even read the cup right to make it hoe it was ordered. Since it wasn’t like the drink was ruined I just got it and left but if your moving at a snails pace I would at least hope you make it right :/

Consistently slow, Baristas have no sense of urgency. Always seems like someone new is working. I always regret when I come in but it’s a good location. I’m in line now watching the slowest man ever work the register. I’d leave now but I’ve already invested 10 minutes in line. Less taking more working would be best. I say this with respect as I used to work for Starbucks and was a former barista in Issy. Get it together, seriously.

Anytime my preferred dark roast isn’t ready, the baristas offer to do a pour-over or a clover. I don’t go for the prepared drinks, just straight coffee.

I pass this Starbucks daily and have been meaning to visit for months, so this morning, I did so. For the most part, I was quite impressed: it’s super spacious with an open floor plan, fireplace, high ceilings, comfy looking plush armchairs — a great place to study or read or meet up with friends. Despite the line of folks waiting to be served(I was here at 7am. Busy morning time!), the counter staff were very efficient and the line moved swiftly along. There was the usual fare of foods and drinks(which I personally like! I like predictability and consistency). I saw on the overhead menus that they have special evening fare which, if I lived in Issaquah, I’d definately check out! At the cash, I presented the counter gal with my tall Starbucks tumbler which I had already prepped at home with some ice, Splenda and my preferred sugar-free syrup(I was going to pour ice coffee at home in my tumbler but my rascally kids drank all of it and left the empty container for me! Argh! Surprise!). I asked the counter gal to please just fill my glass with ice coffee, no ice though, and a splash of milk. She proceeded to take my glass and dump its contents out in the sink. I said I had prepped my glass so all I needed was the ice coffee, but now they’d have to please put in syrup and ice and try to make it as I would. Argh.(The girl apologized, saying they always dump glass contents but my kid, who works at another Starbucks, tells me that she always asks customer first if the contents needs to be dumped before refilling. She tells me that usually customers say yes, but a few — like me — have prepped their glasses/tumblers and just want the coffee in it). Anyhow, this was but a small setback but still, I wasn’t pleased. My day just was not going well, and it was only 7 am! I soonafter got my drink(they didn’t call my name but, then again, they didn’t ask for it upon placing my order. I heard that others were asked thier names, though, and their orders were called out by customer name). To be honest, nobody here once said thanks to me, or have a nice day, or any other social nicety. They were efficient, the counter help smiled, but it was still somewhat impersonal and brusque. Businesslike. I could tell they were friendlier with other customers(perhaps the others are regulars), but to me, it was a quick, impersonal exchange. I’d still return, as I love the product and the staff here were very efficient and I didn’t have to wait long at all for my order, and this store really is lovely, but next time I’ll be clearer with my order if I bring my own prepped tumber, and I won’t expect to make any personal connections with staff.

This Starbucks is painfully slow. Every time I’m in here, even if I’m first, second, or third in line, I end up waiting forever. Unless I have an hour to wait for coffee, I’ll go somewhere else.

One of the better Starbucks for biz… lots of options, spaces, outlets, light… very nice. This Starbucks mgr, Scott, is from Oz… friendly, welcoming, dynamic comvos, fun guy with whom to work(according to the Crew), gorgeous eyes & smiles a lot, making being here a Joy… & very likely married. Sorry, girls ;)

What a great Starbucks! Staff is very welcoming and friendly. There is outdoor seating/a patio area. This is one of the biggest Starbucks I’ve ever seen! Tons of seats and even couches inside. Very nice to come and meet someone for coffee and catching up. They also have a community board filled with summer concerts, which is great to see what’s happening nearby. I’ll be back again!

The nicest Starbucks in Issaquah and haven’t personally been in any nicer one here in the Seattle area, with the exception of the SBUX Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room on Capitol Hill, This location is large with convenient parking, a variety of seating arrangements, but seems always a bit cold inside no matter the sunshine outside. In fact I often find it too cold! No wonder there’s a gas fireplace that’s always on here, even when it’s in the mid 70s! Someone posted a few months ago the wireless was poor at this location. Not sure why that would be as they have Google Starbucks for their service which is widely known to be blazing fast. Maybe it wasn’t installed here then? But this is my go-to place when I want reliable Internet. No other public offering comes close. Live music on weekend nights is a nice touch and of course the eastside is where Seattles most beautiful people hang out! NOTE: Bring a sweater or jacket if you plan to spend a while. It’s always ridiculously and uncomfortably cold in here, even if it’s 90° outside. Management take note! Will adjust down to three stars soon if not fixed!

What? A Starbucks in Seattle? We simply HAD to go. Please note: that was sarcasm. I wanted a little pick-me-up while we walked the city waiting for a bar to open. The line was long, but it moved quickly. It’s the standard Starbucks coffee, and so help me, it gets the job done.

The Starbucks in Issaquah is open late and serves beer and wine and small plates. Some of the small plates like flatbreads, truffle popcorn, grilled vegetables, truffle mac & cheese, are pretty tasty. They also have Starbucks evenings featuring live music. This is a really popular Starbucks so the lines can be really long. A lot of regulars come to this Starbucks and then often club meetings and Meetups held here. Since this is a test store you may find drinks being sold here that will not be in any other Starbucks — an example coffee sangria or Valencia orange coffee. Delicious! I took away one star for this location as all the seating is pretty uncomfortable and the wireless at this location sucks. There are over 11 Starbucks in Issaquah — standalone or in stores and here’s how to choose where to go. For the best drinks and food come to this Starbucks in the Meadows. For a great sunset view and a drive-through go to the Starbucks in Issaquah Highlands. For a quieter place go to the Starbucks adjoining Safeway on Gilman or to the standalone Starbucks plus drive thru next to Fred Meyer and Home Depot. To hobnob with the privileged Lakemont teens(and parents) go to the Starbucks near Lakemont. If you feeling particularly adventurous you can also go to the Starbucks inside Swedish Hospital which is a really nice place to sit.

Definitely one of the more fun Starbucks in ISSY as they seem to be a regular spot for many of the new test menus and programs. All the same Starbucks goodies you’ve come to know and love but with some fun updates! The new«Starbucks Evenings» is awesome! Whoever thought up this idea deserves a hefty bonus! The vibe in the evenings is laid back cozy and relaxing. Love the big comfy chairs and couches in the lounge area — don’t worry, there’s plenty of dining and pub style tables too! The evening drink menu is lovely with selections available for wine(I count 10 on the menu tonight ranging from light sparkling Italian Prosecco to a hearty Columbia Valley Syrah. Red or white wine, beer, tea, juice or coffee — there’s something here for every palette. The small plates and desserts menu today is a big WOW! — Blue Brie and apricot preserves — Grilled Veggies plate with lemon aioli sauce — Parmesan-crusted chicken skewers with Honey Dijon sauce — Bacon wrapped dates with balsamic glaze — Truffle mac and cheese — Chicken sausage and mushroom flatbread — Artichoke and goat cheese flatbread — Truffle popcorn — Double chocolate brownie bites — Chocolate Truffles All while enjoying live music! Nice! The acoustic guitar artist(Ryan Gelinas) is currently singing a softer version of The Cure’s «Just Like Heaven.» So beautiful! The new Starbucks Evenings program — yeah, I’m definitely a fan. Well played Starbucks… now we want to hang out here at night too!

Big store with fireplace and tons of seating. Friendly staff and fancy LCD menus(why, I do not know). Knocked down two stars for the absolutely awful Wi-Fi. Reminds me of the 300 baud modem I had as a kid.

Well it started off good with Kat cooper helping me to order a pastry and being genuinely helpful and engaging, but it went sideways after that. The register gal then cut some people in front of me in line even though I was in mid order when she did that and had finished ordering already while the other family was still debating what they wanted. Kat recognized this so apologized and took care of my coffee for me and asked the barista to make my drink next since they skipped me. While I waited for my drink however– the Batista decided to not only not make mine as next in line, but made the drinks of the 2 other people behind me first. When I asked her about it she told me I was next. So for those who are not counting, I had to wait for 3 orders(4 drinks) to be made before mine was. Even the older gentlemen behind me offered me his drink because they too all noticed. I’ll be honest, I am 8 months pregnant so as I sat and watched 3 other orders get made while mine sat on the sidelines it took some effort to not get upset and cry. But, because of Kat Cooper’s kind service and the other customers also noticing the slight, I was able to talk myself into remaining calm. Thank you Kat Cooper for being great and doing a good job, a lot of work needed with the other ladies behind the counter. I hope your boss sees this and gives you the kudos you deserve. Please give better training to the other ladies.

This location is the epitome of the«eastside.» It’s rather large and open space so folks can all be in there and not feel cramped. There are couches, a fireplace, small lounge chairs, study desks, bar style seating(facing the window) and a nice community table in the center. All the menus are not chalkboarded like other locations, but in a fancy LCD format making things not as fun and personal but very clean and fancy. Among the typical starbucks coffee selections — you will find local beers and wines as well(i know, fancy right?) To top things off, there’s tons of good looking people there to just sit back, enjoy the coffee and people watching. Relax! It’s the Eastside!

The staff is friendly, lots of outlets for the laptop people, a fireplace, variety of seating arrangements and a nice view of the mountain and live music Fridays. What’s not to like? In conclusion, don’t come here, you’ll take my seat.

I personally think this store location has the best décor among all other Starbucks in the cities. Contemporary yet warn feeling while I sit in the store. Real wood tables and bench all over with comfy couches that makes me forget that I was actually sitting in a starbucks. Another they serve wine and beer which I do not think every parents would appreciate their new services because it makes it easier for their underage kids gather in some area where serve alcohol. I totally love their idea and it is fun to see how a wine class has the starbucks logo printed on it. Service is pretty standard(I guess that is another way to compliment starbucks has good service in general) and their coffee is just like all other starbucks in average. It i a good area for me to study or gather with friend just spend for a lazy afternoon.
