I stop here almost every time with my family on the drive to San Jose. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly. They offer my kids free samples … and they have a restroom they can use too! The ice cream is tasty, soft, and fresh. Have a bite at Subway next door and then head over here for a treat. Perfect!

Doesn’t matter which city I’m in when I visit a Baskin-​Robbins, the same level of excitement builds up now that did when I was a little kid & my folks brought me here for a treat. Waiting for others ahead of me to order and get their goodies just makes the ice cream I get taste that much better for the anticipation! & it’s ok that the staff are pretty much always high school kids, because I know the muck ice cream creates behind the scenes, and if they’re willing to deal with that AND be friendly and hand out those tasting spoons all day to folks who already know that they’re getting something else, more power to them. Great business model, fabulous ice cream, and friendly service — I just love this place!

It’s the only one in the county, and one of very few ice cream shops here so if you like ice cream, you’ve got to be glad that we have it. It’s been here a long time, and those who have it now are from a well established small business family and they’ve improved the service, so, what’s not to like? I love the holiday flavors of egg nog (which we like to float on our egg nog) and peppermint. Naturally my grandson loves it when we go there in summer.
