Buffalo Wild Wings

Horrible service and terrible food. The restroom was very dirty which tells me they don’t take cleanliness serious so no telling what the kit hen looks like. Chicken sandwich was under cooked and the wings were over cooked. Beer is fairly warm. This has been my experience more than once so I won’t ever be back.

Walk in with a party of 12. There are 4 tables right in a row and they won’t push them together to seat and feed us. Way to throw money out the door!!!

Sunday Lunch 11:00 am.
They have the sound turned up so loud on the TVs– I can’t hear my daughter talk who is right next to me. Even after we asked if the volume could be turned down, it is still so loud it is shaking our table.
I understand if it needs to be loud when the bar is full during a big game, but the bar is empty!
They need to pass out free headache medicine to go with the wings!

Possibly merits extra stars as the most dysfunctional BWW I’ve ever been in. 3 stars because my waitress tried hard and food was normal. Otherwise would have been lower

I had a really good experience at this BW3s. The service in the bar was great. The food was exactly what you would expect from every other one you have been too. The TV’s were on the correct channel (MNF) and they had the sound. I loved that it was close to the hotel that I was staying at. Especially since a local police officer was parked right outside the front door when I left.

Stopped for wings. They specialize in wings — right? Well, they were out of boneless wings. So, I ordered regular wings with teriyaki sauce — out of teriyaki.
Go figure!

My husband I just moved to this area and we are huge BDUBS fans! Well we were disappointed in our trip here the only good thing ordered was his beer… our wings were kinda cold, the 1 of the 2 appetizers were good,
Lastly the employee was vacuuming under our table while we were sitting there. The tables still had dirty plates sitting on tables when we walked in… don’t think we will be back

Sound to loud. Only visited by wait staff twice. Left drink unfilled.
Ordered some wings but was not offered napkins! Had to ask for some.
Maybe they are extra or you are expected to bring own.

Stopped here with the family on our way to Knoxville… like the one in Memphis, the wings were very tasty and the chicken sandwich was also pretty good. Big screen TV’s all around the bar; this is an outstanding place to take in a ball game and eat some wings.

We love this place. We bring our kids here and watch football. its a loud place with the bar area and dining area separated for families. TVs everywhere, attentive servers that we have fallen in love with and incredible food.

have it posted «No Weapons» even

Ok… been to over 50 different bdubs now.. kinda confused on this one.. Servers seem to be intimidated to approach you initially.. ordered my usual last night 8 boneless mango Habenero (wet), pretzels with 2 quesos, and a bud light. 1. Beer was not cold? !?! 2. Wings are cold? ??? Lastly the pretzels were microwaved!!! The manager took care of the pretzels. But no excuses for warm beer at bdubs… getting 2 Stars bc the waitress was very good

Went in expecting average service like we receive pretty much everywhere else in town but actually got some of the best service we’ve had in Jackson at the bar here. Hunter and Nate were both super attentive, on top of everything, knowledgeable, and friendly. You could tell they enjoyed their jobs. Everyone else we dealt with from the hosts at the front to the waitress that brought our food were very helpful and friendly as well. The food was really good too. I was impressed and pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Thanks guys! We’ll be back for sure.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in awhile. Waited 20 minutes for our table of 8 to be visited by our waiter for the first time, who told us to wait some more. Meanwhile, other large tables were seated, and had already been waited on. Finally, when our waiter did come to our table, he took our drink order with our food order and left for another 10 minutes before returning with drinks. After a pretty long wait, our food finally arrived at two separate time from two separate waiters, who had messed up four burger orders at our table and forgotten sides. Drinks were left unfilled during the meal and we were only checked on once before finally having to ask for our checks. He came back to take the money, only picked up two checks, and was gone for another 15 minutes. By this time we had been there 2 hours. Waiter returns to tell us there is a problem with getting change and it will take even longer. Finally, after another 10 minute wait wherein he collected the other checks and got the two precious checks their change, we were told we would have to come to the «to go» orders counter to get our change, where our party had to line up single file and receive our money. The waiter apologized several times, but this is not the first time I have received terrible service at this location. I will not be going back. The staff tries to serve too many tables at once with too few staff. The manger was fielding other complaints throughout the restaurant so we weren’t the only ones having bad service. I do not recommend this location, even though our food was good, because of service alone.

Burger was old, cold & not fit to eat, even after having remade. Onion rings were standard & on the greasy side. Wings were tough, not fresh & & no where near hot. Manager cooked fresh ones, but they were still tough. How do you make a wing tough? Sad too because the sauces had great flavor. The wings could have been good. Best wings in Jackson are at Picassos.
