continue to try and sell parts and service I don’t want or need. A service center thats honest and i will be a loyal customer for life try and sell me new tires 3 days after I had new ones installed somewhere else and firestone starts to put a bad taste in my mouth

Fast & Friendly Service. I had my oil changed for the 1^st time A little now expensive than the «Quick oil change» places, but very polite & knowledgeable. Made some suggestions for services, but no pressure. I will return for future services.

This has been the best Firestone location I have been to. I have been to Firestone’s in 4 states. Bob has been great on multiple occasions, explaining things in full detail and his honest opinion about whether I needed the service or not. He listens to the client and puts their safety and wallet first. I will return here for all my car needs in Jackson.

These folks are great! We pulled into town after 7 hours driving in August with no AC due to a blown compressor and they had already ordered the parts we needed, rented us a car and had us back on the road by 1:00 the next day. Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

RUN! There is a long story here so I’ll be quick. Firestone didn’t put enough oil in my car during an oil change. They claim it’s my fault for not checking it and now I’m out a $ 4,000 engine. End of story. NEVER will use them again! ANY FIRESTONE! I’m done!
