Absolutely terrible experience. Ratings around the net were misleading. For starters, the whole hotel did not have any hot water when I stayed. The front desk wouldn’t offer any insight, compensation, or consolation about this. In fact, the front desk attendant informed me there was nothing she could do and she rudely hung up. Apparently, the hotel is under new management. Perhaps this is one of the reasons why the quality has deteriorated so. The walls, by the employees own admission, are«paper thin.» Depressingly, I could easily hear the conversations of other guests in their rooms from the hallway. There is a gap under the door directly between rooms that also makes it possible to hear/see everything happening in the neighboring room. From there, it went downhill. I couldn’t get anyone to bring towels to the room(didn’t need them anyway w/no hot water) or even get decent directions. This is a 2 star hotel with a 4 star cover. Considering contacting Amex. Hotel – if you want to make this right: Booking– Mar. 16, Room 207. Prescott.

Clean nice rooms and bathrooms. Good free breakfast. Quiet. Close to tons of food and shops! Very happy with my experience.
