i dont even want to put one star. My order was one sub. Roast Beef, Turkey and Prov. Bacon on ½ but charged for bacon on whole. Bacon bits is all i have to say. The sub was crap. Found a little Roast beef, and well done, dried ends. Some turkey. If i wanted just a head of shredded lettuce, crappy tomatos, bacon bits and onions that fell out out of dry roll. Then i would give 5 stars. Bad experience. Recently got 2 whole hoagies, and they were awesome. Maybe this time it was a rush? different or new cook? Dont know. If Inzillos gave me total refund. I would order again and give another chance.

I ordered food last night, had to order lunch today also to meet the $ 10 min for delivery (home alone and feeling lazy) I ordered a chicken cutlet wrap with fries and a ham and cheese sub. Delivery was very quick and the driver was friendly. So far I’ve only eaten the wrap and fries but they were good. Easy online ordering this ones a keeper

I’ve only gotten delivery 4 times from here. The pizza is so so. Don’t order any appetizers for delivery because the fries are ALWAYS soggy and their fried shrimp is disgusting. The fried zucchini sticks are also disgusting. I really don’t ever want to order from here again, too many bad food experiences.

I was a big fan however I have to say the constant poor service made it so I will no longer be a customer. One time I placed an order online, they charged my card and they called a few minutes later saying they no longer are delivering for the night (this was an hour before closing time). I did not get my food or my money back, I never made an issue. But Today, I saw an online coupon from Sunday-​Thursday for 2 entrees an anti-​pasta and a garlic bread for $ 17.00 on Unilocal.They told me its not their fault there was a coupon online, that they have someone do their website for them. They refused to honor their coupon and were very rude. They cancelled my order. I was a frequent customer until they showed that they are not a well run business. I understand there may have been a mistake on their end however there is better way to handle the issue than to just cancel my order and tell me they can do nothing. Very disappointed.

Hands down best pizza in town. Gave it 4 stars due to the wait for food. Normally takes close to an hour for oven stuff, and 45 minutes for kitchen stuff. But the pizza is the best ive had,

We go to inzillos once a week. And I have one word for it GREAT! We consider the owners of inzillos family friends. The staff is great and helpful. When you want someone to take your order it has to be Diana because she is one of the best there. She knows mine and my family’s order by heart. The best is the wings they are nice and crispy and the perfect amount. Love inzillos!

Best heros. Order from here all of the time. Kids always love the chicken parm hero. I ordered California chicken cheesesteak, beef cheesesteak all were great.

The only reason why this place is getting a one star is because their staff was kind and delivery was prompt. The food is disgusting! I ordered buffalo chicken and pepperoni pies, as well as a grilled chicken Caesar wrap. The buffalo chicken must have been from the freezer ail, definitely not homemade on the spot. The pepperoni tasted weird as if it has 100 preservatives, def not quality pepperoni. My grilled chicken Caesar wrap DID NOT have grilled chicken, more like boiled chicken. Served together with my hot fries, making my salad HOT. The Caesar dressing was also not homemade for sure. And keep in mind that I was hungry (so any food would taste good to me), but that’s how bad it was! The only good thing was they got the dough and crisp right for the pizza.

We are frequent customers of this pizzaria! They easily have the BEST pizza and BEST staff in Jackson.
We usually stop in, but the couple of times I’ve ordered delivery it’s been fast and accurate… I appreciate that!
Also we’ve used them for catering over the years and everything has arrived on time and delicious.
They’ve always supported our schools and are a huge part of the Jackson community. Love to support those who support our kids.

Long delayed review (rediscovered Unilocal). Terrific pizza recommended by old school mates. The place was packed on a weekday afternoon and the bulletin board and vibe the staff gave makes this a favorite.

waited an hour and 15 minutes for a cold dried out pizza and a salad without any dressing. Not going to bother calling back about the dressing because it would probably be another hour before I got it. Don’t waste your time!

Have eaten many of their pies. Very good if you order with extra sauce. Staff is nice and family ran. Thinner than most places and very good sauce but not enough for my taste. Cheese is excellent.

Havent had one thing from Inzillio’s that wasn’t yummy. Their pizzas great as well as their sandwiches. Good stuff and well worth the price.
