This shop was the classic tourist town ice cream joint — pretty decent ice cream, but nothing out of the ordinary. I ordered a two scoop cone with toasted coconut and Belgian chocolate. The toasted coconut was a good flavor. The Belgian chocolate was not nearly as good, not enough flavor overall, and nowhere near creamy enough. My party also sampled several items from the candy section of the store. The dark chocolate almond cluster was pretty good, and the milk chocolate cashew cluster wasn’t great. I would return in the future if I’m in the area and had a hankering for ice cream, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get here.

What a suhweet quarky place! Friendly staff let lets you lick on whatever flavor(s) you wish to sample. The décor is kitchsy and the product is dope. Colin and I split a cookie dough cone and it took a whole lotta will-power not to go back from 17 more scoops. There is seating inside but why would you want to be inside during the beautiful summer in J. Hole? It’s right across the street from the square — enjoy it there!

This is the first review I have ever written. I would NEVER go to this place again. Although the ice cream was good, not outstanding the service is what ruined the experience. They were so busy the day we were there that the lady in charged there closed the doors before closing hours.(I believe they closed at about 5:30) She kept shouting to not let anyone in. We were nearly the last in line and we chose to sit inside to eat. Quite literally she watched us and when I put the last of the cone in my mouth(I’m not even kidding) she asked us to leave, saying they were all tired and wanted to eat dinner. Never never again

If you are not into whiskey or espresso ice cream, This place is a disappointment. The service was not especially personable. Nice to check off your Jackson hole bucket list. But not really recommended.

Really nothing too special. Some unique flavors but only a limited amount each day. Long lines that move fast. We tried strawberry, huckleberry, cherry vanilla and hazelnut coconut chocolate(don’t remember the name). Pretty pricy for what you get again typically overpriced tourist town. The best flavor was probably the huckleberry. The kid cone or scoop was $ 4. And it was pretty tiny. Wouldn’t try again.

Apparently no one here knows what ice cream is supposed to taste like. Waited in line thinking this has to be worth the wait! Got a scoop of cherry vanilla in a waffle cone, wife got a scoop of choc chip, very expensive $ 11.13. My «ice» cream had ice in it and was about as creamy as ice as well. My wife’s was slightly better. This stuff is low grade grocery store quality at best, save your money!

Ice cream is an essential when livin’ the roadlife, and the selection at Moo’s was pretty damn good. Opted for a waffle cone w a scoop of Key Lime Pie and Huckleberry — solid choices plus they had at least 10 other ice cream & sorbets to choose from. The shop is loaded w other delights too, no wonder why this seems to be a popular spot for ice cream in the town center of Jackson. Im a fan of Moo’s, and you will be too.

Pistachio was great. A real nutty flavor and no artificial coloring. Key lime pie was awesome also. Line was long but went fast.

Way over rated and over priced. $ 7.50 for a milkshake!!! I recommend Albertsons. Grab some B and J and you’ll be more satisfied. Store also sold air soft gear.

Love it every year! My 4th year in a row and the flavors are always changing and amazing! The texture is smooth and silky. The best part of my week stay! The best the best the best!

I got a kiddie sized scoop of cheesecake ice cream and it was still huge. Probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had.

Caught this little slice of heaven just before they closed. Amazing ice cream. A must stop for ice cream enthusiasts seeking a hometown shop right in the heart of jackson hole. A suggestion would be oreo or sea salt caramel!

The ice cream is worth the wait! Ohhhh my goodness. The smell of fresh waffle cones draws you in and they taste as good as they smell. I got the English toffee ice cream and my boyfriend got the brownie sundae. We took our treats across the street and sat in the park to enjoy! Definitely put this place on your list!

Awesome little ice cream shop. I was in Jackson for two days and went to Moo’s three times! I found the staff to be friendly and the products were awesome, I tried a few of them! The ice cream was really good, but I really loved their selection of chocolates. The lines were a little long at times, but it’s worth the wait for sure.

Decently priced fresh ice cream. My husband and I have no complaints! He tried the huckleberry and I tried the pecan bourbon ice cream. Soooo yummy! It’s worth a stop my friends!

I ordered a cup with two scoops of the Mint Chip ice cream, and it was delicious! It states on the order board that this ice cream does not contain coloring(the green color that is so often associated with Mint Chip ice cream). This may have been the first time that I have ever seen or had Mint Chip ice cream that was not green. The ice cream contained large chips and chunks of chocolate which was fine by me! The restaurant was very crowded but the attentive staff kept the line moving and we did not have to wait long from the time we ordered until we received our ice cream. The shop is located on the corner near the park which was great for viewing the mock shootout that was provided by some local actors.

Jackson Hole has better ice cream than that Montana based creamery we tried in Yellowstone! And this place is cUte! Not sure what kind of connection it has with Coca Cola but I liked the bright red tables and chairs. They need to turn up the light so people can take better pictures of the inside, lol. I was excited to see Huckleberry ice cream because my co-worker told me I had to try this deliciously tart flavor not found back home, and it’s such a pretty color of light purple. Too bad the sample I received was too sweet. So I ordered the White Belgian Chocolate with Hazelnut instead. Just in a cup, and we enjoyed it outside on the patio furniture. Moo’s Gourmet has more offering than just ice cream. I saw cakes and pies and other treats. I’d recommend it.

The ice cream is good but I have some issues with this place: — The full ice cream flavor menu is listed online but they only offer a small fraction of those each day. Disappointing. — The ordering process is ridiculous. There is no way to form a line while being able to see the flavors inside the case, people cut the«line» left and right, and the staff don’t keep track of who is next. Also, you order at the ice cream counter but then have to walk back through the chaos to be rung up at the opposite counter. Ridiculous. — The entire place could be more streamlined and efficient and it’s just not. — Too little seating. Lots of dead space inside. — Service is not friendly.
