The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks! 1) Stood at the counter to order and was never spoken to. After waiting several minutes for the barista to acknowledge me who all the while was talking to her coworkers and doing something with the register as I stood there I finally asked if she was ready to take my order and she responded«not yet». 2) Did not offer to warm my croissant. 3) The barista expressed an unpleasant demeanor and attitude to the point to where I would’ve rather went behind the counter and gotten my order myself.

I don’t think anyone knows what they are are doing, didn’t make my salted caramel mocha right because it tasted really weird. They didn’t know how to give me a free drink that I earned from on the starbucks app… they were slanging everything around… I get that it is in target and therefore they aren’t trained as much as an actual starbucks store, but this was ridiculous

I’m from Illinois and was hoping that getting Starbucks would remind me of home. Boy was I WRONG! The girl behind the counter is in no way, shape, or form a barista. Starbucks baristas all over America would facepalm at her lack of product knowledge and willingness to do her job the best she can. For one, the order of one macchiato took ten minutes to fulfill with only one person in front of me(who, btw, I noticed when I first got into the store ten minutes prior). The«barista» saw her coworker friend and it got real hood real fast. I was completely ignored as they talked to each other from across the room. I felt her interaction with another customer and the customer’s kid was unprofessional. Well, to be honest I thought it was also tacky of the customer to encourage her child to say«thank you sista girl». Who even says that anymore? Well, her apparently… lol. I wasn’t expecting much. In fact, all I want is good service, product knowledge, and a decent cup of coffee. You know, I’m paying 4 – 5 dollars per cup because I love Starbucks but this location(I’m telling you) will make you regret every dime. If Target wants to include Starbucks inside its location then it should uphold the Starbucks experience and train accordingly. For what it’s worth, I gave 2 stars because it was a decent cup of coffee. She put in a lot of sugar free caramel. Pretty sure that was a mistake but I’m not complaining about that one!

OMG… This Starbucks has to be beyond ratchet ! Idk who are hiring these people at Starbucks but the last two times have not been the best for me! I work in customer service/hospitality so I know things work. The lady who helped us was super ratchet and CLEARLYDIDNOT like her job. The moment when she came to the registrar, she immediately huffed and puffed and was irritated about SOMETHING! Girl, if up don’t like your job. Why are to working? I would’ve gave it 1 star service but she was SOMEWHAT nice… I guess

The brewed coffee seems to be the same as my regular Starbucks store. The coffee counter is adjacent to the snack bar, so seating is a free-for-all and tables are messy.
