DO NOT EVER USE A1 SPA SERVICE. THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS. The «technician», Steve, was late (if he even ever showed up to his scheduled appointment time, he missed three out of six appointments and was two hours late at a minimum to the other two) As a prior aircraft electrician, I should of watched him and looked at his completed work before he put the front panel on to the spa… lesson learned. Look at this. I don’t know how this guy sleeps at night, he could have killed me. After he «fixed» the spa and i turned it on and got in and noticed that the spa drained down ¼ of the way… water was gushing out of the pack onto the duct taped electrical wiring. He cut the main power cord and a couple others in half and duct taped it together!!!
