Came here today due to my Physical Therapist’s recommendation, my wife had the Taco salad with chicken… very flavorful; I had #8 lunch special which was Beef burrito and pork tamale… very good! Great value and wonderful food… restaurant decoration is average but food is worth you visit.

There’s no other Mexican place I will even consider trying other than Rosy’s. Freshest chips and salsa, friendliest staff, and awesome prices. This place is just all around amazing from the atmosphere to the amazingly delicious food.

Wife had the chicken enchilada in mole sauce. She really liked it. I had the steak burrito. Not a fan of the cheese sauce but otherwise excellent. Top 20 for the burrito and top 20 for the chicken mole. The ambience is strip mall chic with a splash of working man we feed you décor. Enjoyed and had great service.

Hands Down to this Place, the Food was so Good and well made, they give you Chips and some Freaking Good Sauce, not too spicy just in Point ! Service is Great and the size of the Plates awesome… Coming from illinois where you see a lot of Mexican Restaurants and now living in Jax is Good to see a Good Place to Eat some Fajitas and drink some Horchata and so on… Will come Back For Sure!!!

Great food and service the first visit a couple days ago with very few customers. Gave waitress 20% tip. After today’s experience, downgraded from a five. Today they had many customers and we received slow service, and in addition the same waitress got my beef chimichanga order wrong (brought me chicken). When I mentioned it, she brought me out a small bowl of beef. Zero tip for her today, and our last visit there.

We eat there as a family all the time. I also get takeout quite often. It is always end fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Great prices, fast and eficient service, very nice Mexican family oriented environment, always busy for dinner but never have to wait long either for a table or for our dinner. We go there almost every week. Food is super good. The best Mexican restaurant so far. Ahhhhh and the employees are the best starting with the owners to my dear Maria that always have your chips and salsa ready!

They give you free chips and salsa, chips were warm the salsa was just average .
I had the steak burrito, I asked for guacamole they give you one thimble of sour cream and one thimble of guacamole, nothing special, beans and rice were warm burrito was hot, probably wouldn’t go back. The other guys I was eating with said it was just OK.

This place is okay. The décor is casual nice and service is good. The flautas was the best, with good tacos but not great carnitas and tamales. The food is a bit bland amd damp. But we are spoiled coming from SF.

The worst customer service experience I have encountered. First, we waited 30 minutes for our food, and didn’t recieve the Food until after I said I wanted to cancel my order. Second, The waiter was short of throwing our Food to us when he was bringing the plates.

Best Mexican in Jax! We have never had anything we didn’t love. The salsa is good enough to drink! We recommend the steak tacos, steak taco salad, pork tamales or any of the fajitas. You won’t be disappointed with anything though. The staff is really fast and friendly. One of Jacksonville’s best kept secrets!

It is good Mexican food and the staff is very polite and attentive but we were looking for the authentic Mexican food on a hot plate with yummy stringy crispy cheese. This didn’t quite get there. That being said it was still food and the best Mexican we have found in the area so far. We will keep looking.

It’s cheap and it Mexican. It’s legit. Salsa is real salsa and not watered down picante sauce. This beats La Nop any day of the week.

I go here all the time with my coworkers, it’s always a quick eat & go Mexican place. We usually have a group of 12+, and they’re always extremely accommodating with friendly service. I love their taco salad bowl. Super big and delicious! I always look forward to coming back

As standard Mexican fare goes, this place is pretty good. They have the standard «order by number» menu with all the typical Mexican dishes you expect to see (Chimichanga, Burritos, Nachos, etc.) in a standard Mexican place. It was all pretty good. The prices were very reasonable and the serving sizes were pretty good. It looks like a wine and beer place. I didn’t see a bar and it was too cold to ask for a Margarita.
If you want your typical Mexican fill and revolt at the idea of using the drive-​through at «Taco Hell», this place will fit the bill nicely.
