Apsara Khmer Kart

You know they say that a new truck always has problems. This one has quite a few of them. As normal they started out today and I was there. The first customer again like most of you know I do. This truck/​trailer is on the small size and is almost empty. I have more cooking stuff in my downstairs kitchen. Vanessa (the Owner) greeted me pleasantly and was very nice. But she was in the weeds quick. She was very nervous with me standing there. I went with their whole menu today. Which consisted of chicken n steak meat on a stick with white rice and egg roll. It took her a bit to cook my food cause she said her generator was acting up. It wasn’t keeping a constant flow of electricity for her 2 electric skillets. This trailer is to say the least bare bones. There’s a small refrig and 3 electric skillets and some counter tops. Her real problem is that her generator is far too small for what she is trying to do with it. She will continue to have problems till this is fixed. I will say her food is pretty good thou. The steak had good flavors and was cooked right maybe a little over. The chicken was the same seasoned well. The egg rolls were store bought and tasted that way. In whole this trailer has some problems to work out but the heart for the business is there.
