I severed the liquid line to the condenser unit outside my house with a hedge trimmer, as well as discharged all the refrigerant from that happening. Bonehead mistake, yes, I know. I found Mike through Unilocal and after calling and talking to him about my situation, he came within 20 minutes to Oakleaf Plantation and began the repairs and R22 refill! Mike is very friendly, professional, and saved the day for my wife and I. I highly recommend his services if you are in need of quick, courteous, and fair priced AC service. Thank you again Mike!

Great service — I was without a/​c and my family could not take the Florida heat without it. One call was all it took and before I knew it Nelson Air Condition and Heating was there to get us fixed. What was even better was their pricing. We have required services before and have used other companies with bigger advertising budgets (not to name names) :) and while they were able to get us fixed — it took longer and I feel that we were charged more than we should of… This is of course after we were serviced by Nelson’s! Great company — great prices — you won’t be disappointed!
