There hibachi steak is amazing, absolutely love it. They have different sizes to order. If you are animal eater the medium should be enough. If you’re getting sushi and this then you should probably order the junior size. Prices aren’t bad at all. Their shrimp sauce is delicious.

The food came out fast… so that was good. Everything was ok, I just wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Here for the first time and I’m impressed in how good the food is. Conveniently located next to the Publix away from all the busy restaurants. I will definitely recommend and return.

Unilocalers BEWARE!!! My first encounter with this facility was shaky at best. I asked for the beef with just mushrooms nothing else. Was told that was not possible that I must have something in it like vegetables or rice. My reply was I don’t understand the beef comes with mushrooms can’t you just leave everything else out of it and I’ll pay extra for mushrooms and was rudely told. «not possible Sir would you like anything else.» I then decided to consume the vegetables with rice. Needless to say lunch is OK.
Upon my second return figured I would try my beef and mushroom order again. Was told again not possible so instead of haggling this time I just ordered the same that I got last time thinking I just want never come here again. This time I got a wicked case of food poisoning and. I think management or something else has all these employees disgruntled because I was told I had a small case of salmonella. Just be safe Unilocalers these people get hurt you.

Worst value. They put red pepper flakes and greying tuna in my «spicy tuna roll». That’s it. Says cilantro for the Mexican roll? Covered in dried cilantro. The fish on top of our specialty roll(which was priced like real sushi) was cut so thin that I’m not even mad, I’m actually impressed. It’s hilarious how they’re capitalizing on students. Red pepper flakes! Like the kind for pizza! They run it like Five Guys, with the loudspeaker and cafeteria style service. They just don’t give a f@&!

Okay for the most part. Sometimes the food are very well prepare but sometimes their food is taste kinda bad. Like today we ordered ramen soup. We had some great ones before but this time it was tasteless. Tempura and bang bang shrimp salad are always good.

This is a Chinese version of Flame Broiler. You order at the counter and they bring out your food. I ordered the chicken Bento box with orange chicken. The Edamame was perfect, rice was good and the sushi was OK. The chicken was good as first but the last piece had a weird dark spot on it and when I cut it open, it had a strange red mark in it so I didn’t eat it. I loved the lightly sweetened green tea. For me it was OK. Would I go there again? Probably not since Bento Café is so close.

We’ve come here a few times now and it’s Pretty good food and the prices are reasonable! This visit, we got 1 chicken teriyaki entrée, a sushi roll to split and the spicy miso ramen. The noodles were really tasty — definitely my favorite. The sauce bar is fun too — we always get the spicy white sauce to dip our sushi in.

Seasons is a pretty good fast casual Japanese option in the Town Center. There isn’t a ton to really say about it– inoffensive, tasty but not special Japanese fast food, maybe a bit of a cut above what you would get in a mall food court. Personally, the hibachi chicken breast express entrée has always been awesome and great portions of protein. Anytime I’ve strayed from that order, the results have been less than stellar. The ‘teriyaki chicken’(wtf is the difference between that and hibachi?) is clearly a few grades of chicken below the hibachi version, even though they’re the same price. Weird. A big highlight is the unlimited sauce station and the Coke freestyle machine.

This place is okay. The noodles and food took an extremely long time to come out and people who ordered after us got their food first.(It was just me, emma and my husband) we waited and waited and then realized it was because the lady behind the counter put our food in as a to go order when we were eating in. My husbands hibachi steak was well cooked and not overcooked at all but the steak that came with my noodle dish was charred and overcooked. The worst part was that all the noodles were literally swimming in oil. I obviously don’t think this food the best or healthiest but I literally was spooning the oil out of my box And wiping it off my face because there was so much. The fried rice was okay as well. Not much flavor and just looked like it was coated in oil and soy sauce. I might come back here again if the need arises but it won’t be my first stop.

Came here a few times before. This time it’s a little slightly different. I usually get the chicken bento box and they always had 1 type of chicken(which is always teriyaki). But today, now they have 3 different types of chicken you can choose, so I chose the Orange chicken. My fiancé had the teriyaki chicken yakisoba. The Bento orange chicken came with edamame, fried rice, orange chicken, and 8 pieces of California roll. The yakisoba had the noodles, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, and veggies. My fried rice was crunchier and dry, so I couldn’t really enjoy it. Fried rice is suppose to be moist and not crunchy… obviously they didn’t use egg. Looks like just oil and soy sauce and bam there it is… not good. The orange chicken was alright, something I can get from a Chinese-American restaurant. California rolls is normal as usual. Overall, it was okay. Nothing fancy or great. Taste is always the same. Nothing different. I think the best was the edamame and my drink…

The kitchen is very visible from the waiting line area, so their cleanliness is very apparent. The food is great but if you want to add more sauce, there are sauce with pumps of many varieties. They even have the teriyaki sauce in a heated pump container. The freestyle coke machine gives many drink options. There are only two things I would change. I wanted broccoli in with my food. They said you can’t do that… That you need to order a side of broccoli(which was very tasty. It sits in a soy sauce tasting juice). It was to much food then. Also I think they didn’t have a good selection of stereotypical sides. I am not 100% but I don’t think they had crab Rangoon… And while it might not be Japanese, I just assumed they would still have it. The rice is magnificent when you load it with lots of their«white sauce»… Nearly the same thing as shrimp sauce.

This is a great healthy, fast food option, when you are in the St. John’s town center area. If I had not read about it in Unilocal I might have missed it, it is in between the Publix and Penzey Spice store. There are many options at the town center if you want to spend time eating a relaxing meal, and there are quick unhealthy options available, but this fills a niche that I need. Shopping makes me tired and hungry, and I can eat tons of vegetables here and feel like I have energy to keep on shopping! I love Yum Yum sauce and they call their Yum Yum sauce white sauce if you too like it on your vegetables. Now that I have discovered this place for myself I feel like it gives me another great option at the town center to consider.

The wife and I went to Seasons of Japan a few weeks back and thought it was not bad. We tried their ramen bowls, side of fried rice, and a specialty roll. If I am in the area and wanted a quick meal, it would be a good choice. I didn’t expect too much out of their ramen noodle soup, and as expected, the layers of flavor was not quite there. It’s not a specially ramen noodle place after all. Though, I do believe I’d go again to try their rice bowls.

I had no idea Seasons of Japan even existed until I saw a check in by another Unilocal-er. I love Japanese food and when I recently had to pick up a case of wine at Total Wine, I thought it was the perfect spot to grab lunch. I got there just after they opened on a Sunday and the place was completely empty. Just fyi, certain foods can’t be ordered to-go(which was disappointing since I’d looked at the menu online ahead of time and there is no mention of that). I ordered the shrimp hibachi bowl and went with the junior size before I actually saw the containers on the counter to show just how small it was. I find hibachi serving sizes to be excessive so I thought the smallest size was a safe bet. The girl running the register seemed to have problems putting it in and another guy had to come help. After I paid by $ 7, I waited a few minutes for my food. I was handed a tiny(and I’m talking, like the size of the cup of soup at Panera size) container and went on my way. When I got home I saw that they had included some shrimp sauce which I appreciated. There was actually a decent number of shrimp in the bowl but they didn’t look like fresh shrimp, they looked like those little wimpy, frozen ones(though in the pictures posted here, they look better so maybe it was an off day?). The shrimp itself was pretty blah but I liked the veggies, rice, and shrimp sauce. Though I did notice the menu said zucchini and onions but mine had broccoli and onions, I like broccoli but it just wasn’t what I expected. Overall, it’s not terrible, not great. I just can’t imagine picking this place over so many of the other options at the Town Center.

I’ve been here three times, each time I tried something new. I love the layout of the place, it is spacious and clean. They have high chairs that roll, which my son loves! It’s like a fast food restaurant but with Japanese food. You order at the counter and clean up after yourself. I had the spicy miso ramen, pork ramen, and soy ramen. They were all good! I especially like the pork ramen. Love the sweet green tea and all the sauces there. On another visit, I ordered the hibachi steak with yakisoba and fried rice and that was also delicious. The sauces were good too! I haven’t tried anything that I did not like and the price and portion was a plus. Customer service was good and they have a loyalty system using your phone number. I also visited the one in Berwick, Georgia and although their location seem less busy, their food still tastes as good.

I really liked that you can order and pay for your order online! It was quick and easy and even had a «special instructions» section on the order form. I ordered the Shrimp Bento Box that comes with an 8 piece California roll, fried or steamed rice, hibachi shrimp and edamame. Since I ordered online to eat in(as a recommendation to hopefully avoid going over my hour long lunch) the food was ready when I got there. They have a very interesting setup in how many sauce choices and drink choices you have. I didn’t particularly care for the sauces they had his time but I will try them on my next visit when I order something a little more appropriate for those flavors. The edamame was good(it was only the 2nd time I’ve had it) and the CA roll was as well. I really loved the shrimp and the broccoli; there was a light tangy flavor that worked very well with it. Clean up was a breeze since the bento box was a plastic to-go container.

Seasons of Japan is pretty cool. An A-OK kinda place for me. I probably won’t go out of my way because I am craving their food, but if I am in the neighborhood and need a non-fancy and quick kinda Asian food, it would be pretty high on my list. Hubby and I decided to give it a try this past weekend for an early early dinner(like 3:30PM early). As expected, there were just a few other patrons when we walked in. We both love ramen, so I ordered a spicy miso with pork ramen combo with fried rice and hubby ordered the pork(with pork slices) ramen. We also decided to try their Monster roll. The ramen broth does not have the depth of one you may get from a ramen restaurant, but I don’t think you’d expect that from this fast-food type joint. It’s a filling bowl of noodle soup with bamboo shoot, corn, slices of pork(if you choose pork), etc. The side of fried rice is your basic fried rice(i.e nothing in it). You can add your own sauce from the sauce bar tho(like the spicy white sauce, aka shrimp sauce or the ginger sauce) and the rice itself can fill your tummy. The Monster roll is respectable for a deep fried roll, though a bit on pricey side. Though I wouldnt say that every item on the menu is ‘cheap’, I think the value is/can be there. Like if I was still in college(i.e. poor college student), I can easily see myself ordering a ramen combo… eat the ramen there, pack up a few side sauces, and take the fried rice home for another meal. I like the restaurant itself in that it is spacey and clean. The staff was pretty friendly. I’d go back next time to try one of their rice bowls or wraps.

My first time here and I enjoyed every bit of it! I had a Super Bowl, which consists of Beef, Chicken, and Shrimp with rice mushrooms, broccoli, and teriyaki sauce. I also enjoyed the seaweed salad and the Green Tea. I enjoyed Season of Japan so much that this will not be the last time that I come here!

Ride past this place a couple of times thinking it would be just another commercial quick service joint with premade food that just sits around for hours. Not the case! First off, as soon as I entered the door the first thing I noticed was the extremely clean dining area, which is a HUGE plus for me. I hate sitting at tables I have to clean myself. All the employees were attentive and courteous, with a warm smile at all times. The food was delicious, came out hot and fresh. I had the spider roll, definitely recommend, with a fried soft shell crab, broccoli slaw, and smelt eggs. I also tried the Teriyaki Chicken, but couldn’t finish it because I was so stuffed from the sushi. Overall, think I found my new go to Japanese spot!
