My family has been ordering Chinese food from there for fifteen years or so. The food is okay, I’ve never gotten sick from anything which is sadly an often occurrence at a lot of Chinese takeout places. The food is good and made fresh. One downside is that their spare ribs are more light strips(imagine spare rib bacon). Also their chicken wings aren’t that meaty. Fyi, they’re cash only.

I live nearby so I’ve eaten here numerous time out of connivence, budget and because they close late. It’s greasy, processed, cheap and OK Chinese food. One night I ordered the chicken teriyaki(on the stick) and French fries. Got home and took a couple bites… the chicken was grey. I immediately felt nauseous and threw everything away. I vowed never again to eat there.

The food was awful! We had ordered crab rangoon with no filling, apparently we were munching on wonton wrappers. The general gau chicken sauce was too thick snd gelatin like and the chicken tasted old and very dry covered up bu glour. I will never order from this place again.

Opening up my styrofoam container and box of white rice, there is a pretty decent portion of shrimp, chicken, pork, and vegetables. I tuck in. It was… okay. I mean, to give them credit, it was as good as pretty much any other standard Chinese place is. And while I have had some phenomenal Chinese food(courtesy to some college friends who were actually from China), most American Chinese food tastes more or less the same to me. It’s not bad, but it’s not that great, either. So I can’t really say the food was anything special. But it was fine. See the full review on my blog of Jamaica Plain restaurants!

I have been trying to find a good chinese take out place in the area for a long time to no avail. This place I decided to order from. The first order the food was really good. The rice was made with sprouts, onions, and the other stuff that makes fried rice yummy. The entire order was good. The second time I ordered the rice was made different minus the added ingredients that make fried rice tasty. It was dry and the rest of the order was pretty tasteless. Fine. I decide to give the place one more chance and you know what, NEVERAGAIN! The third time My order was definitely not cooked fresh and the boneless ribs were dried out and old looking. As if they had been sitting around waiting to jump into someone’s order. The rice, again, dry and tasteless. The wings over cooked. The crab ragoons too much dough and not enough filling. The duck sauce was pretty nasty. I ended up throwing the food in the trash. Pretty disappointing. They really need to beef up their cooking skills here and start cooking right for the customers who are giving them business and making them money. Enough of the lazy cooking. Show the damn food some love and effort! The customers deserve it! I don’t judge a place by the way it looks on the outside. Its the quality of the food they serve on the inside that matters and these people have dropped the ball. Big time!

I called for a delivery order, and the woman on the phone was unbelievably rude. She didn’t understand me well, which happens, but every time I asked for a clarification, she yelled at me. When I repeated the total back to her, she screamed«YEAH» and hung up the phone. I called back to cancel the order because she was so awful.

The food is okay, but the Won Ton soup sucks, They load it with doey Won Tons that suck up all the liquid from the soup and the Won Tons barely have any meat inside, the soup has no veggies. If you’re craving some good WonTon soup dont buy it here you’ll be disappointed. The other dishes are pretty good though. Its an okay take out place. NOT A GOODPLACETOGOFORSITTINGANDEATING. It’s really ghetto!
