There’s not a whole lot of choices when it comes to dining at terminal 7. Balducci sells their pre-packaged foods at airport prices. I guess if you want to be a little heathy(ish), you’ll find it here. They sell Icelandic bottled water here at an outrageous price!

This is unfortunately the best place for semi healthy food in the United terminal, where I go regularly. It’s a very small terminal and this place is conveniently near all gates. I am vegan and they have a few salads, hummus, etc. For meat eaters the options are fairly healthy and fresh too. The main problem with this place and all Balduccis is the checkout: always slow and no counter space. Also they don’t have baskets to carry stuff.
