Typically responding to «Hello», a nicety like«I hope you get home before the blizzard gets too bad», or «Goodbye» is expected. This was the most surly bunch of sloth-like humanoids I’ve seen in a long time. They need a refresher in customer service.

Thought the food court was pretty bland when i saw Mcdonald’s, Auntie Anne’s, etc. but had I known Wolfgang was right next door, i may have passed up on B, but glad I didn’t. Thoroughly enjoyed my roasted chicken w/sun-dried tomatoes on a baguette bun but what gets the extra star is worker asked me if i wanted this heated — the sandwiches were all pre-made but not wrapped, so made at the source(hopefully). then i saw her take apart the meat and baked in oven! tasted good with its own sauce, quite hot actually so be careful. Other than the Fuji water at close to $ 5, it’s a repeat for me next time.

Everything looks great! Selection of hot and cold sandwiches, salads, beverages. One of the healthier selections in terminal 2. Had a bit of a dilemma when deciding what I wanted: tomato, mozzarella and pesto with soggy bread or salami and provolone with proper baguette bread? Soggy bread just didn’t look appealing, so I opted for the salami and provolone. The bread won me over. Too bad the sandwich didn’t. Greeeeeasy salami. Sure, it’s not America’s number one healthiest foods… but very greasy. If it’s your thing, then you’ll love it. If not, opt for one of the hot sandwiches or salads.

This is a pretty solid Balducci’s. The Caprese Ficelle is probably the best non-salad veggie to-go option in Terminal 2.
