Great staff. Okay toast. I had the cinnamon sugar toast and it was dry and bland. The lady that rang us up was really sweet and made having just flown in on a red eye not seem so bad.

The staff is great. I got the reg coffee and apple fritter. The dough for the fritter was good. The apples were not mixed in the dough like a typical fritter. Instead it was an apple filling in the center of it.

If it had been breakfast time, this would have been my jam. Pastries and donuts beautifully displayed, avocado toast, pb and banana toast… all looked delicious. Coffee was pretty good but not excellent. Loved the fact that the options were unique other than your standard airport slop.

Rude and inexperienced crew making weak Thai iced tea. Charged me the wrong price even after I raised question about it, turns out they entered the wrong thing. Airport robbery.

actual real Cold Brew Coffee in JFK and not iced coffee. we were told they brew it for hours and it was pretty good considering. what’s even more amazing what they charged in the airport. $ 3.50! that’s what craft coffee places charge for theirs, score.

Just doesn’t do it for this terminal for coffee service. Always looks messy, food presentation is horrible and everything is really badly overpriced — worse than starbucks. I wish I could like «world» bean more but they seem more «profit» bean than anything else. Put the marshmellows away and let’s talk real coffee and service…

Early afternoon flight, taking off from Terminal 2 at JFK, which really does not have much to eat/​drink/​entertain you per say. I was already irritated by the little Roach Motel Manager who suffered from rectal-​cranial inversion at the Delta Sky Club, so I was looking for some iced coffee to soothe me.
I can’t remember the girl’s name for the life of me, but service was awesome. She had a smile on her face and was as sweet and accommodating as could be. Coffee was A-​ok too. So no complaints all around. Would stop here for coffee again.

Had a lovely Chai latte here. Nicely spicy. It was at the perfect temperature, too — — no need to wait 10 minutes for it to cool down. If I hadn’t been in the need for some caffeine, I would have loved to try their seasonal salted caramel apple cider.
