Dunkin’ Donuts

Convenient Dunkin for the area. Too pricey for a DD and the service is suspect. At least the donuts and coffee stays hot and on point. DD needs to correct this location for prices and service.

Fairly clean. Staff can be too laid back. the wait to give and get your order can take 5 minutes if the staff gets to work immediately, other than that minimal wait for ordering can take up to 20 minutes and another 10 to get orders. The staff talks to each other more than the customers. And half the time they can be brutally rude. Not a place you’d want to have a sit and chat place. And their restroom isnt for customers apparently but if you really need to go, their restrooms are messy. If yougo here, just get small coffe and munchkins since those are the only items that come fast

Clean, quick, and they have a parking lot. Location is literally right across from JFK cargo terminals. I stop by every now and then to pick up a few dozen of donuts for customers. The guys who work in here are pretty nice and friendly. Do I eat this stuff? rarely, only when someone brings them into to our office and then I’ll have a few bites. Peter Pan in Greenpoint Brooklyn is still my stop for donuts.

Usually quite dirty, one Saturday morning we ate there and we were being attacked by bees inside the store. A bee was also buzzing near the donuts, an employee hit it with a piece of cardboard and onto a donut tray. Isn’t there some other way to deal with this issue? It was quite funny, thank god I didn’t have donuts that day.
There were also dead bees near the bottom of the window and the tables could’ve used a good wiping. The staff is usually very slow and lack english skills, I only come here for coffee and nothing else since that episode. People need to start taking their jobs a bit more seriously.

I was thirsty and decided to go buy an iced coffee. I stood in line, waited my turn and placed my order. When I left the store, my friend called me to see how I was doing. I told her that I had just left dunkin and was heading home. She asked me did I get my free donut, and I said huh? Free? She said yes that today is national donut day and you get a free donut from dunkin with every purchase.
I went back to the store to inquire. I asked the cashier are they giving out free donuts today and she replied yes. I stood there dumbfounded. I asked her well why wasn’t I offered a free donut when I bought my drink and she said because I didn’t ask. I was like WTF? How am I supposed to know that they are giving free donuts if they don’t tell me? She said (with an attitude) well I should have seen it on the news or heard it on the radio.
I could not believe she was actually trying to defend her reason for not offering me and all the other customers what we were due, as if every free donut would come out of her meager pay check! At his point I demanded my free donut and informed everyone in the line that they rate a free donut today. This is one dunkin I will not return to.

This is a cool Dunkin. I like this location, it is right by the A train. I was there today to use the coupon for Big and Toasty Sandwich (today was last day). It is actually a pretty decent sandwich, it is 2 eggs, bacon and cheese on toast and it looks big, I agree.
–Also had the white hot chocolate and that hit the spot today. I will definitely try the Big and Toasty sandwich again, hopefully I can get another coupon. Dunkin Donuts really does seem to add new stuff to the menu very frequently.

This is a cool Dunkin… the staff is cool and helpful. They have splenda so that good enough for me!
Gotta have my old fashion donut with hot tea, lemon and splenda.
