People have no sense to say the orders out loud so that we customers can pick up the right thing. I ordered a vanilla chai tea and I got the guys order in back of me hot chocolate spoiled my mood. How am I supposed to know if that was mines when my friends got what they ordered. Bad service. Slow service

Ozone Park, Queens, NY
This is a nice Dunkin’ Donuts location. It’s located right off the Q11, Q21, Q52-​LTD, Q53-​LTD and the Rockaway Blvd station of the A train. It’s 24 hours and long which makes it spacious. The staff for the most part are professional and polite and they seem to be efficient. I give them 3 stars because sometimes the air conditioner is not on in the summer when it really needs it and they lose power from time to time. That being said: a solid 3 stars in my book

One measly donut and one hot Green tea for a simple order and the server mess up! English is clearly a problem for L.E.P. (Limited English Proficiency) as they do not understand my request. Incorrect items distributed for my order. Filthy tables and poor customer service. Long line.
Positive: It conveniently sits on the A train Rockaway Boulevard station in Ozone Park, Queens. This area is actually Ozone Park, NOT Jamaica as listed in Unilocal.This is where the A train splits into two directions: Lefferts Boulevard OR Far Rockaway.

Absolutely horrid service. What’s the point of being a franchise if you can’t even follow the pictures given to you to make a sandwich? The ice tea given to me had coffee mixed in & after telling them more than once that I didn’t want a replacement they gave me one anyway. The made our sandwiches on the wrong bread & then when corrected it they gave us the wrong cheese & sauce, which they put on top of the bread. Who does that? Please save yourself a trip, there are other locations nearby.

Rude staff, dirty tables, they don’t let paying customers use the bathroom where most other Dunkin let anyone of the street use them. Take your money elsewhere this location is a shithole.

The worst dd I have ever been to. They give you stale bagels, make you wait while they finish chatting with each other and then will not give you your change unless you ask for it. They must think it’s a tip for the horrible service they provide!
