Need help with customer service. Extra help is definitely a must since it is in a very busy location. No bathroom– no good. Management needs to acknowledge the traffic this location gets to keep up with the demands of customers. Doughnuts and coffee is okay, but sandwiches are not as nearly as good as advertised.

This store has horrible customer service. I went to this location just a few minutes ago and the line was extremely long. Only one woman was working behind the register. The manager saw the line and instead of helping, he walked by everyone and threw the garbage out. The customers should be this store’s first priority, but instead it’s their last.

The customer service is serious lacking, They make you wait while they finish chatting, the bagels are stale and if you don’t ask for your coin change they will not give it to you, must think it’s a tip for the horrible service!

Serious lack of customer service, just down right dryyyyy personalities up in here. I asked for soy milk for my Chai, she continues to pour regular milk. Several times I said SOY MILK PLEASE. When she rings me up, she then says we don’t have soy milk. Like I made you what I wanted so pay now and get outta here!
Donuts looked as if they’ve been trekked upon by four feet critters… ekkk! Get me outta here Jezuz!

I really do enjoy a good cup of Dunkin Coffee, this place will give you that, but the service is horrible, cashiers always seem in a rush, they have messed up my order about 10 out of 30 times. Also they have a Basking Robbins inside this Dunkin but unfortunately every time I go for ice cream late at night (9:00pm) they have no ingredients like pineapple and nuts, this has happened many times.
Tip: Please do check your order before leaving, they mess up a lot, yes they will gladly replace it but if you in a rush is something you don’t want to happen.
