JFK Chicken Express

All I can say is beware! The staff seems kind of unfamiliar with what they have set up on the hot tables, and pretty slow service to boot. I asked for «sweet plantains», and I was told they were all out of plantains for the day (at 5 pm??), and would I rather have «sweet potatoes» instead?
I opted to forego the sides, just take the chicken (1 whole rotisserie chicken), and I could find something else to go with that on the way home. I had also ordered a shake, but somehow that was completely forgotten, so when the chicken was ready, I decided NOT to remind them, and just be on my way.
Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I found that the chicken was not tasty at all, in fact, rather «taste-​less», not a lot of seasoning at all. I’m not sure where they learned their cooking skills, but the way they cut up the chicken was a little sketchy as well.
So between the chicken not tasting good, the forgotten part of my order, not having items that are on the menus, and the HORRIBLE parking lot that they share with a liquor store and a 7 – 11, I’d say this is someplace I would not return to, and I am posting this as a warning to others. I really should have just gone to 7 – 11 and got something to eat, it would have been SO much quicker and effortless.
