I don’t eat a lot of fast food, but after a long holiday season(including a trip to New Orleans) of deliciousness, I needed a vegetable that wasn’t soaked in butter, and this looked to be the only option. Wendy(not Wendy herself, but someone I assume is a direct relation) made me a not terrible Caesar salad for $ 2.99. I think this is on the 99 cent menu elsewhere, but airports have a captive audience. Even so, the 300% markup was still pretty cheap, and I’d probably even do it again.

Came here for breakfast on a stopover so looking for something quick. I guess it’s law here to put the calories of the food… i like it! Got the artisan egg sandwich with sausage and I was pleasantly surprised! I wonder if this is offered in Canada? There’s no Wendy’s around me so I wouldn’t know. The bread is slightly dry but is compensated by the deliciously salty and creamy hollandaise sauce, and the sausage patty thick and deliciously salty and flavorful. This is a good stop for a quick bite to eat!

It’s your typical wendys with airport prices. One bottle water. Small diet coke. And value fries for only $ 9.11… Ek. The fries were under cooked and if it’s gonna be double the money id like better French fries

Average Wendy’s with quick service and decent food. Prices are very inflated though, but you are in the airport so what else do you expect. Good for a quick cheap option before getting on the plane.

I did appreciate that the guy told me that it would take 6 minutes to get a spicy chicken sandwich, but that other food was ready to go. It was almost closing time, and I was about to get out of JFK, so it was win win. This is a Wendy’s. They strive to make their food taste the same at all one zillion locations. They do this by hiring the best food scientists who know all about preservatives and human food addictions. But no dolla menu. Boo.

April 28, 2014 Monday — lunch 2:30PM 1 adult Atmosphere — 4 stars Food — 4 stars Service — 5 stars Background — Not many fast food choices in this terminal. It is a Wendy’s so no surprises here.
Atmosphere — It is just a walk up counter, place in between two stair ways. Food Drinks — A coke part of the value meal. Appetizer — none. My Main Course — I had the #8 Asiago Ranch Club with the spicy chicken. The cheese, the bacon, sauce overwhelm the heat from the spicy breading. So the spicy type is over kill. I love the fries, perfect for a Wendy’s fries. Dessert — None. Service — The manager was working the register I got. She was faster than the register. She was taking one order from me while finishing the customer in front of me. I know probably pretty easy when everyone orders by a number. But they had a guy bagging for both cashiers. They were on it so the line moved very fast. That is what you want at an airport. Future — I hope I am not in this terminal again!

It’s a Wendy’s at an airport. Is it the cleanest? Nah. Is it the fastest? Hardly. Will it fill your belly? Absolutely. The lady who served my food was great. I’d probably be hell on wheels if I had to deal with people like me all day. Thanks goodness this is a domestic terminal or else they’d have to deal with Belgians!

I eat at Wendys all the time in my hometown. They have never served me a chicken sandwich this withered, cold, or lacking toppings. I went back and asked for more lettuce. They told me no. Do you think this looks worth 8 dollars? It wasn’t.

Never again, had to catch a connection but with such limited time(yet dying for some hot food) I got my lunch here, and it was as big mistake as ordering from next door Todd English joint… ok, Todd didn’t have common courtesy taking my order so Wendy was a little more nice taking my order. Aside of crappy food half cocked mystery meat, no cheese means no cheese. Yet they managed to add cheese… with wrapping paper marked no cheese. Also didn’t include any ketchup or napkin. I guess this is the cheapest food venue in JFK so don’t expect much.

Prices are hugely inflated since it’s past security in the airport. Also, the lines here are insane & service is slow(Burger King in the other area of the terminal gets long lines but they get your food out to you right away). I also feel like the quality of food at this location is worse than other Wendy’s locations.

They serve breakfast and lunch at 9:00 am! That’s great for a family of travelers with different food meal preferences. I opted to get a spicy chicken sandwich combo. I thought they were very generous with the fries and my sandwich was quite fulfilling. They were a little slow… kind of made to order so I can’t really complain.

Horrible food, horrible value, horrible experience. AVOID! If we had more time we could have sat-in at the restaurant next door for less money! My own fault for forgetting to get food for my 6hr flight to San Francisco outside of the airport…

This place is highway robbery! Yes, it’s in the airport, but the food is much more expensive than at any other airport I’ve ever seen. I’m not a fan of fast food, but we had to get something. After customs, we only had a little bit of time before the second leg of our trip, which was an over 6 hour trip. We were in a pickle, so Wendy’s it was. The two of us shared a Baconator, the new spicy chicken Asiago sandwich and 2 large fries, and our bill was $ 23! What the!!! The Baconator was so disgusting and very tiny. It was a squashed sandwich that was sloppily thrown together and had NO taste! I expected a decent amount of bacon, but there wasn’t much at all. It was just a tiny beef patty, a few bacon crumbles with fake orange cheese and very soggy bread. NASTY! It’s probably the WORST fast food I’ve ever had. It was so expensive too. It was around $ 6 for that crap. Ridiculously small and horribly gross. It seems like something that should have been on the value menu for like 99 cents. not $ 6 something! I should have taken a picture of it… it was THATBAD. The chicken sandwich was small too, but at least it had a bit of taste. It was absolutely sub par, but compared to the Baconator, the quality seems acceptable, but the price was still $ 6 something too. CRAZY! The fries were ok, but the large fries weren’t actually that big. I can’t believe how little food we got, how expensive it was, and how gross it was! NEVERAGAIN! We should have just gotten the $ 9 sandwiches we passed along at all the take-and-go shops. It would have been quicker, cheaper and more filling. We thought that was high, but in hindsight, that would have been a way better value and they would have been better tasting. Fast food should be cheap, but this wasn’t. It was a HORRIBLE value and disgusting! Also, I had HORRIBLE stomach cramps the next day… coincidence? I think not.

Way to much money for fast food airport or not. And, it didn’t help that they ran out of breakfast biscuits. If your in the part of the airport you don’t really have many options.

My main issue with this place was how you really have to stand near the counter to hear them call out your number. When I was waiting for my food, I witnessed an argument between a customer who didn’t hear his number. The bag was sitting out for a good 5 minutes, resulting in a customer who couldn’t believe how«cold» his sandwich was and demanded another. I didn’t care to stick around to see if this was resolved. I knew when I was waiting to order how the cashiers were calling out numbers — and not very loudly. I also had a hard time finding condiments/napkins only to realize that you probably have to ask them for any. That, or I just wasn’t very observant. Otherwise, the order was quick — if you are conscious of when you get your order.

Food was ok. At least the service was fast. I would say that the cashiers could brush up on friendliness and customer service, All I’m asking for is a smile or something… I realize you work at an airport and most travelers are impatient and cranky, but a smile or friendly demeanor can make someone’s day a littler better. I might give this place a second chance as I will be flying through on the

I was starving and in rush to board my flight. So I decided to grab some Wendys. Oh boy, did I regret that!!! The hash browns were undercooked and covered all in oil. Their food is just plain disgusting and overly greasy. I think the only thing that was edible/drinkable was the orange juice in a box!

One word: NASTY! After much aggravation and frustration of indecisively to seek breakfast for a morning flight, my mother and I opt for Wendy’s although I despise fast food. When requesting for a receipt, the cashier shot me a rude scowl look and rudely responded with«you gave me the money and you see the receipt will print, OKAY, got that? Thank you!» Oh, well excuse me for requesting you to work that requires extreme great effort of a small task. The cashier’s aura was clearly emitting negative and nasty vibes at customers for her abrasive wrath is an open door to unemployment! This Wendy’s resides in Delta Airlines Terminal 2, building 54 at John F. Kennedy Airport, Queens, NY. Don’t bother as nastiness breathes on negativity!
