This is my second pair of glasses from this store, and I have always left a satisfied customer. The service is very good, all the staff members are very friendly, patient and more than willing to help you choose the right frame that fits your style and budget.

IF YOU ARE NOT LOOKING TO SPEND MONEY DON’T WAIST THEIR TIME. YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED A VALUABLE CUSTOMER.
I was going to bring my own frames, and asked one of the guys if they do lenses. He said yes, and it turned out that my insurance completely covered the lenses. I asked him if he can help me out with the frame sizes. The younger gentlemen said ok. I left, then remembered that I needed more info regarding the frame size. I returned several days later. And as I was asking questions, another gentleman interfered, by saying that, «if you getting your frames on line then ask them for help.» I said, «but I’m getting the lenses from you guys. You can’t help me out?» He said,” your insurance does not pay much, so I’m not really making much on you.” I never felt so insulted, but then I mentioned, that if they treat me nice, I will bring more customers, who will buy frames and lenses from them. He kept going…
They should have told me no from the beginning. When I asked, I will buy frames online, will you do the lenses for me? I asked nicely, I did not force anyone to say yes. They could have said no, instead of saying yes, and then insult me, by saying that my insurance is cheap.

Iv been coming here since I was 11 my first glasses were from here. Not a huge selection but it’s not overwhelming. Everyone is friendly and the doctors are honest and precise with contacts. Gave me an accurate prescription. Thanks everyone!

Very nice staff! They were very helpful and generous but I do not like the glasses. The selection is small compared to many stores and the quality of the lens is very subpar. If you want to go cheap then come here but dont expect great lens. They will give you the glasses quickly but with the terrible hours which can be inconvenient and the slow service… you are better off spending a little more and going to another store. Better service than chain stores like Cohens but not worth it in my opinion. They did a good job adding lens to a pair of glasses (which I bought from another store) and terrible on their own frames.
Also they are NOT well versed in helping you pick glasses that fit your face shape. At your own risk when it comes to that. you may end up picking glasses and regretting later. Customer service cannot be beat but I will not be back unless I need an adjustment for a better pair of glasses from another store.

My first experience with this company seemed not too nice, but when I digged deeper I found out it was the insurance company sending my daughter’s glasses to another location. Ever since then every visit to this office has been delightful. Thank you Wheels of Vision. And I am SORRY for my previous comment.

The eye doctors here are very good.
Dr. Bayliss (spelling?) took the time today to look at a very painful stye, instruct me on how to clean my eyelids, remind me to use clean makeup applicators and speak with my pharmacist to prescribe some drops.
He didn’t want to prescribe anything at first, because he rather firmly explained that hot compresses would probably ease the infection. I explained that I was concerned that I had picked up something scary from using a dirty makeup tester. The doctor asked me a list of questions that doctors are supposed to ask before prescribing antibiotics (i.e. are you pregnant or nursing, etc…)
How much did he charge me? Nothing. He stepped out of the exam room to discuss my symptoms and observe the infection, but since he didn’t use any instruments or touch it, it technically wasn’t considered a doctor’s visit.
This is the way doctors used to be. Why can’t more doctors be like him?

I went in looking for a new pair of glasses. The staff, while friendly, didn’t seem that interested in helping me find a frame that I liked. Very small selection of frames.
