Amazing food! Excellent service! I love coming here, be hungry portions are larger and worth the prices! Must try the Super Bowl at least once! Only down fall is that it gets packed but I came in at 9am and sat right down.

Large portions, but not overly fresh food. The fruit cup I had was sour, and the bacon was burnt. The biscuit was flaky and soft, served with butter. The wait staff is not overly friendly, although they were very busy. They get very short with the guests when they get busy. Overall, it’s meh… Nothing terrible, but nothing stellar either.

The gravy is to die for. This place definitely cooks up some great tasting home style food.

We have eaten Breakfast there multiple times and have always enjoyed the food… we decided to try something off the lunch menu and one the Specials which was a Cheeseburger Omelet… very disappointed with the Patty Melt the burger was so thin and no flavor. fries seemed like they were frozen no seasoning at all… the Special was just as disappointing especially for being over $ 10.00…will stick to breakfast there.

Went here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. Small place, but with great food! They have a lot of cow décor, but it’s cute. Service was excellent and the food was good. I ordered a grilled cheese with tomatoes and it was delicious. My friend ordered the chicken fried steak and was very pleased as well I will go again when I’m back in the area.

The food was very good. The homemade hash was good, the pancakes worth trying and my olé omelette was tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. We will certainly be back when passing through Jamestown again.

Stopped en route to Yosemite. Definitely a local vibe in that most people that walked in were greeted by name by the waitresses and a few patrons. Healthy serving sizes, I got the corned need and hash and a short stack of buttermilk pancakes. I’m 6’5″, 200lbs, and still was o ly able to eat slightly over half. The rest made a frat lunch when I got to the park.

Friends recommended this place to us it’s low-key, but fun and friendly. Full of memorabilia on the walls. Good for all age groups and reasonably priced. A very friendly hostess took us right in. Our server was prompt and courteous. I ordered the Pork Chili Verdi Platter.(YUM see picture). A big bowl of Pork Verdi graded cheese Chopped onions and hot tortillas. You get to build them the way you like them, not how the cook puts them together for you. Would go back for that everyday!

They have the best breakfast in Tuolumne County, and honestly some of the best breakfasts I’ve ever eaten. I was lucky enough to be there when they are serving Pumpkin French Toast-amazing! One of the reasons they’re the best is that the service is always with a smile. They are affordable, but make sure you have cash or checks, they don’t take credit. Be aware, it’s a small place, so sometimes there can be a wait, but if you’re patient it is well worth it!

I’m a local, and am not super stoked about Woods Creek. I mean, if you’re a) not a vegetarian or remotely healthy at all, or b) like all of your food covered in grease, or c) don’t care about paying for folger’s coffee, then maybe this is your kind of jam.

One thing there is a plethora of in New Jersey… is diners! I think I saw one the whole time I was vacationing in California. For part of the trip, we visited Yosemite for a couple days. We ended up at a mountain top café about 30 minutes from our hotel. We got there around 11:30am and they told us they did not sell breakfast after 11am. I asked if there was anywhere one could find breakfast and they said not unless we wanted to drive 35 miles. Considering that, we didn’t even think to look around for any place to eat a good breakfast. On our last day in the area, I stopped by the Harley Davidson store and one of my travel mates noticed the Wood Creek Café. We walked in and sat down to a very welcoming staff! Immediately we noticed that they sold breakfast all day! After we ate, it is needles to say that we were kicking ourselves in the ass! Our breakfast was AMAZING! It’s like we were at a good local diner in Jersey except with more black and white cow themed décor. It is everywhere in the café, giving the place a lot of character. One of my travel mates noticed a sign saying something about saving the black and white cow. To the Woods Creek Café, we saw 2 on our way back to San Francisco! And we were very excited to see them! Considering one sees nothing but brown or black cows around there. Perhaps ask them why this is, when you visit Woods Creek. If not for the great food, stop by for the great service. They were all very kind! And VERY attentive!

Corn dog omelette. What, you say? How would that even work? Ah, but work, it does. As with many of their specials, the imagination takes hold until the taste buds say«uncle.» Is it all good? Well, sometimes it’s not what I would have put together in a meal. But, do we come here every weekend? Hell, yeah. Any place where the owner has a dream about a meal, then turns it into a special is the place to be. Their coffee is nothing to write home about(I hate creamer… I want ½ and ½) but their pancakes surpass every other breakfast place we’ve been to – from SF to Indiana! And, you can get pancakes instead of toast with no up charge! The portions are so big that we typically get half of the breakfast to go so that we don’t have to worry about lunch. Also, the staff is so friendly, we are on a first name basis. Oh, and ask them for the free wifi password.

It has a nice homely ambiance. I liked the customer service, everyone inside is friendly. It’s a «country» like spot. Geez, I’ll come back for that alone sometimes! the food though is okay, some things are better than others. I got their corn beef hash a few weeks ago and there seemed to be some canned elements to the dish, a little disappointing. Toast was fine, etc. I tried my friends dish and it also was lacking in fresh ingredients as well(can’t remember exactly his dish). Maybe next time there will be a better dish. It’s good enough to come back just not good enough to sing its praises with a high pitch if your a lady ;)

This place is MOO-vin’! The environment is awesome and completely decked out all in cow themed print. The staff are super friendly and on it! We were seated immediately within 10 to 15 minutes. Placed our order and food was at our table in a matter of minutes. Thank you Michelle for your awesome service and friendliness. I had their amazing breakfast bowl with ham and it was phenomenal. I’ll be back here the next time I’m in town. Thanks Woods Creek Café!

Great atmosphere, fast food service. We had breakfast, start to finish in less than a half hour. Love the«we are family» type of feel in the restaurant. I had the Roma Omelet, loved it! It was like having an Italian pasta marinara as an omelet.
