Jamul Genl Store

I’ve lived in Jamul for 20 + years. This little general store is the best! I go here for everything I need, including cat food when I run out. It is convenient and not seriously over priced like the gas station across the street. This is a family owned and ran business, which I love. The employee’s know me by name and are always so friendly. The best is that they have all types of beer and in all sizes — from single cans to 18 packs. And they offer crafted beer, as well. All around a great place with great prices.

Love this little neighborhood store! I’ve been coming here since I moved to Jamul in April. It’s very clean and well kept. They carry my favorite craft beer here so they get 2 thumbs up for that! (Lindeman’s Framboise if you ever want to buy me one… or a case: D) They have a nice selection of craft beefs and a full line of domestics. Jamul is kind of in the boonies, so it’s nice to have a local spot to pick up random things (toothpaste, Ice, Charcoal) you may be in need of but don’t want to drive all they way into Rancho San Diego for.
Paul is the nice young man at the register and is always pleasant with me and other customers I’ve seen in there. Man, I think I might have to go pick up a beer right now! Cheers my fellow Jamulians!
