Very small bar by the small pool at the beachside Marriott on Jensen beach. Not really a tiki bar but on a rainy Friday afternoon we had a nice time(of course we had the place to ourselves). The bartender Evon was very nice and put up With us out of Towners. We had a few laughs and the tropical drinks were good.

Latitudes is one solid hotel/pool bar! The drinks are fun and fruity and they have a good beer selection, too! The service is great, always very friendly bartenders. If you’re staying at the Courtyard Marriot, this is all you’ve got for food during the day if you don’t want to leave the hotel. But that’s ok because Latitudes has a pretty good bar menu and I haven’t been disappointed yet! Try the chicken fingers tossed in buffalo sauce, delish! I also heard the bartender tell other customers that the flatbreads are a top seller. You can’t beat to atmosphere either. A tiki bar at a pool, yes! One major complaint I want to add though, smoking is permitted while sitting at the bar. The hotel is non smoking so the bar should be too, especially because there’s always a bunch of kids running around. I hope the hotel will reconsider allowing this.

Where else can you go with salt water in your hair, and sand on your toes. Tiki bars win hands down. Give me that ocean air!

Who closes a bar at 8 pm? On a Friday night??? Positive — bartender made us drinks at 8:02. Negative — no seconds.
