A Plus Cleaners

I live nearby and they deliver so I use them from tome to time. Few small mistakes in the past (missed button, stained not removed) but today I m livid! They completely ruined my black satin pants that were very expensive! It was my last time using this «business»…AVOID!!!

I went here having read the reviews, so I only took 2 items. The turn around time was 3 days and I was fine with that, but the summer cotton blazer was not well pressed. The prices were competitive — neither pricey nor inexpensive, but I expected better. I’ll think twice before taking more dry cleaning here.

The WORST Cleaners ever! I truly wish I would have read these other horrible Unilocal REVIEWS Before I took my clothes to this place! First of all they LOST one of my favorite shirts, when I brought my missing shirt up to them they treated me like I was lying while at the Same time they said they will have to check at the factory! Never trust a cleaners that doesn’t do the dry cleaning on the premises! They always blame the factory! They then tried to convince me that they had given the shirt to me! Again taking no responsibility for the lost shirt! Secondly they damaged another shirt! When I took the shirt out to wear it, the decorative flower was hanging off, tattered and appeared to be burned in some way! When I took it back to them to resolve the matter their resolution was to sew the damaged flower back on the shirt after I asked them not to! They didn’t even offer to pay for the damaged shirt after I even tried to get pass the fact that they lost my other shirt. Needless to say I’m livid! I have never experienced such lack of customer service. They didn’t even apologized! Had no remorse! I would have had to go through so much to get money for the shirt that I decided to just walk out and warn everyone not to ever go to this establishment! Please this is a warning! Worst dry cleaners ever!

I live the same condo building where A Cleaners is located. First off, the prices are much higher than usual. Sometimes they take 3 – 4 days to return normal dry cleaning, which is ridiculous considering most dry cleaners offer next day delivery. My biggest complaint is that they lost my suit pant and claimed that they never got it in the first place. I asked to see video of my bag being emptied and I haven’t been shown the video yet. I’d avoid this place from now on. Do yourself a favor. Find a better dry cleaner nearby

A Plus Cleaners has a great location. The owner and staff speak decent English in short sentence/​phrase form. My general feeling is that their prices are a higher (across teh board) than other dry cleaners. I’ve gotten my jeans hemmed ($ 18) and they came out great. I’ve gotten work slacks hemmed ($ 15) and they did not come out good at all. You could see the thread going through to the outside of the pants and pulling/​bunching the hem! I think any one of us could do a sewing job like that! Generally their tailoring is expensive, about 30−40% higher than other places based on shopping around on my own. So I dont take tailoring to A Plus anymore. My biggest complaint is that I feel they lie to cover up their mistakes. I dropped off a pant suit (brand new, worn just once the day prior). A few days later, I get a call from the owner telling me there is a big hole in the jacket. I went into the shop to see for myself and there was a 6″ rounded tear across the front of the jacket. I know that the jacket was perfectly fine the day I dropped it off but they claimed it arrived that way. My argument was that the tear wouldve been seen my the cashier at the time of check in as she was touching the item to determine what it was and the price. And why did it take a few days to call and tell me? I didnt win the fight and lost a $ 200 jacket. Needless to say I have not gone back since. I dont trust them to do the right thing by their customers.

A+ Cleaners is located in back of the «A» Condominium by the Light Rail tracks. The woman who runs the joint is very friendly and efficient. They do a great job dry cleaning. However, they do a terrible job tailoring. I give this place 5 stars for their dry cleaning, but 1 star for their tailoring. If you want to drop off clothes to have cleaned, then this is a very good spot to do so. Just don’t get anything tailored here.

What a great result!
I decided to try this cleaners only based on how close it is to my apartment. Unfortunately no one has reviewed them yet.
Well, based on my experience, I will recommend them to anyone.
I had bought a great pair of work pants that were too long and flared out at the end. I needed to hem and take in the legs. I went in and Dianna, the owner, was friendly and fitted me.
I brought them in on Sat am and needed them by Monday at 9am. She said it wasnt a problem and could even deliver it to my building.
Delivery was right on time. The charge was $ 29 and I thought that was reasonable– the hem was 11 $ and the tailoring of the pants was $ 18.
They were perfect! I was so afraid they would have pulls, or look funny -(i have had awful experiences at cleaners) but these were spot on.
