This Burger King has been recently been renovated and it looks a million times better. The entire exterior, and interior have been renovated and it is clean and well lite. The service has even gotten better quicker and more efficient.

Went through the drive through. Ordered chicken fries and a whopper jr. I told the guy 3 times when I paid that I wanted 2 ranch and 1 sweet and sour sauce. 3 times. He puts two packets in the bag. I say I want 2 ranch. He throws another in the bag. Stupid me– I thought he got it right. I get home. Open the bag. I have 1 ranch. 1 sweet and sour and 1 marinara. Hey! I never asked for marinara! I go to shake the ranch up before I eat it and it had a crack in it and went everywhere! ANDYOUWANTTOGETPAID $ 15ANHOURFORTHIS??? it’s not just this location, but all fast food places constantly screw up orders. It blows my mind that they want 15 an hour for a job that rarely gets done correctly.

The only good thing about this Burger King is that it has free refills. It’s pretty shady and dirty; I’ve evidenced a passed out vagabond on more than one occasion and some suspicious activity in the bathrooms. The food is typical Burger King cuisine, and essentially what you come to expect when you come here.

I wish I could give no stars since that’s how bad this place is. This is not fast food this is horrendous customer service as they wait for each customer to get through the line before they take the order of the next person and the workers ask your order at least three times.

Fried are always hot and crispy as I like them. Drive thru is quick. And they are open 24⁄7 which is convenient. McDonald’s never have ice cream or shake after midnight and this Burger King does at every time.

Late night munchies and in downtown Jersey City? This place does the job. Nothing out of the ordinary besides it being open 24 hours. Your average Burger King, although they always seem to be understaffed. Consistently slow service and could be cleaner, but expectations are never high for a spot like this.

Wildly inconsistent For a place advertising 24hrs I’ve yet to have been successfully served on 2 consecutive nights. You“d expect better service considering it’s outside of the Holland tunnel. Haven’t received hot food anytime after 2am and please don’t attempt to go there that late without cash. It’s discouraging to want something from one of your favorites to be let down time after time. Thanks for making a late night worker go hungry 69% of the late nights he frequently attempts to go there

It’s a Burger King. It’s a little shady. The gal serving me didn’t quite understand my order as she didn’t seem to understand what I was saying(it was 1 Whopper meal and 1 Whopper sandwich — pretty straightforward). Anyhow, it tasted alright. Just a place that needs a refresh and maybe a reboot.

This is one of the worst Burger Kings there is in terms of service. The food has never made me sick so if need be this place opens late. On one occasion there was a really pissed off hispanic guy taking orders for the the drive-thru and on another occasion a snotty middle eastern guy who was such a dick we asked to see the manager and he went«I am the manager»(reminds me of that skit from Dave Chapelle) and pointed to this«assistant manager» tag.

Only the drive-through is open at 11 pm… booo! Late at night though, they are pretty fast and efficient. There was no one at the drive thru and no one at the counter on a Monday night around 9 pm. We ordered, and got our food within minutes. The $ 1 double cheese burger is still the best thing on the menu, but the chicken sandwiches weren’t that bad either.

This is, incidentally, a late-night eating place for all the black car drivers, too, it seems. Almost hit by one jetting in that apparently needed to use the bathroom or something.

God, I forgot to mention. The only reason I walked into this horrid places was to get a Mocha Joe, the only good thing out of that place. It’s on the menu. You know what the cashier tells me? We don’t have that. Well don’t have it on your menu! I think she just didn’t know how to make it because she didn’t even know what the number 6 was.
