Messed up my order. Did not acknowledge they did. Manager was very rude and uneducated. Worst checkers I’ve ever been too

This checkers on communipaw deserves 0 stars. Their customer service is so despicable I wonder if the person who hired them has the proper HR Training? They are BEYOND RUDE. BEYOND. They lack the proper courtesy, class and home training to hold jobs! If you don’t want to deal with customers I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU NOT WORK IN RESTAURANTS.

Be prepared to wait a LONG time before you get your food. For some reason each time i get there, there is some rude customers engaging arguments with each other and/​or servers. Food is alright. Nothing special.

I’m a big fan of this chain. They make great burgers and milkshakes. I came here and went through the drive thru and the service was fast the only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is that they gave me no ketchup. How I’m suppose to eat my fries without ketchup? that doesn’t make sense in my mind. You may be saying why didn’t I ask but when I realized we had already drove off and was in a hurry.

Worst food and service. Never again!!! My Chicken was still frozen in the middle and I had to go back because they forgot half my order and they treated me like I was asking for free food! I already paid for it and you forgot it!!! Smh I use to love checkers loaded fries but I will not go to this location for them. I gave one star just to be able to post this.

I like this chain. I wish there were more in new york. I ordered the honey bbq wings. it wasn’t very cheap but it was tasty. The staff was quite friendly. This place doesn’t have seating, we ordered through the drive thru.

Good god! The staff here is now, and always has been terrible! If it wasn’t for the fries, wings and drive thru, I’d never come here. The food is great, for fast food, but ‘undercover boss’ should have come to this location!

Love this place! Especially since it is almost always open and I live a few blocks away from it. I wish it was on West Side Ave, but its close enough. Great fast food

I’d never even heard of Checkers. But I’m glad to have met it! This is trashy fast food at it’s finest! I got the cheese fries without chili, and they were phenom. Swimming in velveeta and ranch dressing… it was like ghetto poutine! :heart:
The woman at the drive-​thru called me and my friend: Baby, honey, and darling. All within our 5 minute interaction with her. Love it!
Everyone else got burgers, and I was tasked with inpecting them to make sure the order was right. I was too drunk to tell a burger from a milkshake at this point, but everything smelled delicious.
I wish there was a Checkers near me. I would get their fries all the time, and I would welcome the heart attack that would claim me at age 30. For it would be a delicious heart attack indeed.

This Location Is Sketchy BEWARE!
I like checkers but rarely eat it or any fast food, in a pinch I have sinned. I have to pass this place to get to and from work, Checkers as a chain it is some of the better tasting fast food I have had.

The first time I went to checkers was in long island and I fell in love with the seasoned fries. This location… ruined anything positive I had experienced then. RUINED IT!
