I absolutely love this place. Everything I’ve tried here is great. There serving are also good here. It’s a bit pricey but I really don’t mind because of the value of their smoothies. I’ve yet to try the other things on their menu but I’m sure I will eventually. Great establishment at this mall.

Unlike most Jamba’s, this location squeezes their juices in the morning so when you are ordering a «freshly squeezed juice» it has actually been in the refrigerator since the morning.
If you know your veggies and your fruits well, after juicing, if the juice is left for more than 30 minutes, you loose all of your nutrients and vitamins so it is basically empty calories.
To say the least, this is very disappointing to say the least. I still give them a chance even when I know their fruits and veggies are nothing but pesticides and GMOs, but this?!
Just cancelled my Jamba Juice loyalty card.

Terrible service. there were three people behind the counter with no clue of what they’re doing. they mess up orders, People waiting for their orders were dissatisfied with with the service. I ordered a Veggie Vitality juice, so did thee other people before me, Every one of them came out in a different color and tasted horrible. other thing someone mention below, they peel the straw for you with their bare hands, once of the servers only had one glove and was handling food with both hands

This Jamba has pleasant enough employees, but they’re completely inept and suuuuuuper slow. More than once, they’ve charged me for extra boosts I didn’t get, and when I ask for a refund they refuse because they don’t know how.
I’ve also tried to call ahead on several occasions because they take too long to make a drink, but they never start putting my smoothie together until I have gotten there. Considering how many times I’ve observed other customers complaining (even screaming), it’s not special treatment just for me.
Worst crime of all — they often fill up my cup only 75% of the way, and toss out the rest instead of bothering to nudge it into the cup. Wtf.

My girlfriend loves Jamba Juice… I can usually take it or leave it. This one is fairly similar to all of the others. When we were here, there was a new person working the smoothies, so it took him a little longer than usual with the drinks, but they were fine.
I don’t really quite get the smoothie craze, but if you are on board, this place will definitely hit the spot.

I’m a true Jamba addict. The staff here is so friendly and have even discounted me many times. I love $ 3 Wednesdays! My favorites on the actual menu: Caribbean Passion, Razmatazz, Five Fruit Frenzy, Aloha Pineapple. Google the secret menu and get the White Gummy Bear and Sour Patch Kid, fantastic.

They take coupons!
They are fast; first store that I always see when I’m coming in from the PATH newport mall entrance.
They are always smiling and they don’t rush you on your order.
They give out samples from time to time.

Generally $ 5 or more for a 16 oz drink. On Wednesdays, they have a deal where 16 oz drinks are $ 3 and the original drink (24oz) is $ 4. Good deal. I tried the Five Fruit Frenzy and it was delicious.

I like Jamba Juice in general, but I love this particular location. The staff is friendly, competent and eager to help. It’s become a regular stop for me thanks for their reasonably priced and delicious oatmeal and convenient location.

Friendly staff, and refreshing smoothies. I love the oatmeal or the mango peach topper in the morning. The baked goods are pretty yummy too.
